Ecco le dichiarazioni di Mister Allegri nella conferenza stampa pre-partita contro Napoli.

Negli ultimi match, grazie all’abilità della squadra e alla buona organizzazione, il percorso è stato molto chiaro, con un Milan capace di controllare e dominare il gioco. Alla luce di queste quattro partite, il tecnico livornese si dice pronto ad affrontare le difficoltà della sfida di domani:

"Domani affrontiamo il Napoli che ha vinto lo scudetto meritatamente. Hanno fatto un mercato importante e credo che sia ancora la favorita per lo scudetto. Conte è bravissimo a far rendere i giocatori. Il Napoli nelle ultime 26 partite ha fatto 18 vittorie, negli ultimi anni il Milan in casa contro il Napoli ha sempre perso: speriamo di rovesciare questi numeri. Sarà sicuramente una bella partita".

Sulla partita:

"È una bella partita, è il primo big match della stagione: sarà un test importante. Siamo in una buona condizione fisica e mentale, abbiamo recuperato anche Leao. Più lavoriamo e più ci conosciamo. Dobbiamo affrontare la partita consapevoli delle difficoltà che incontreremo: bisognerà fare 100 minuti fatti bene".

Sull’ambiente:

"Innanzitutto sono contento che domani i tifosi riempiranno lo stadio e saranno vicini alla squadra. La società deve essere forte, solida, con una strategia ben precisa: abbiamo iniziato il lavoro quest'anno con entusiasmo e tutti insieme. Dobbiamo continuare a lavorare, domani c'è una partita bellissima da giocare, un test importante per fare un altro passettino in avanti. Va fatto con grande entusiasmo e voglia per arrivare a certi risultati".

Riguardo le dichiarazioni di Conte e il confronto sulle squadre:

"Non lo so questo. La società ha lavorato bene sul mercato, c'è un'ottima rosa, un mix di giocatori esperti e meno esperti. Dobbiamo pensare a noi stessi, lavorare per far sì che a marzo saremo lì per giocarci le nostre chance per arrivare tra le prime quattro. Dobbiamo pensare a noi stessi, quello che pensano gli altri non è che mi interessa più di tanto. Dobbiamo mantenere questo trend di attenzione ed entusiasmo, con voglia di migliorarsi ma con grande equilibrio".

Sulla condizione di Leao:

"Quanta autonomia ha non lo so, è 45 giorni che è fermo, nel senso che ha fatto lavori differenziati. Non dobbiamo pensare al risultato di domani, dobbiamo pensare a giocare una partita bella e importante, sarà un test di crescita contro la squadra campione d'Italia".

Sui rapporti con Conte:

"Contatti no, non ne ho avuti. Le squadre di Conte sono squadre che concedono poco, è difficile fargli gol. Mi ricordo la Juventus, l'Inter, l'anno scorso al Napoli che ha subito veramente pochi gol e gli ha permesso di vincere il campionato. Non devo dirlo io, per Conte parlano i numeri a suo favore".

Sull’assetto offensivo con il ritorno di Leao:

"Lo vedremo cammin facendo. Leao deve trovare la condizione ideale. Nkunku sta crescendo come Pulisic, Gimenez si è sbloccato e speriamo che continui. Poi ci sono i cambi. Gli obiettivi li raggiungi se quelli che sono in panchina determinano quando entrano, nel bene o nel male. Nel bene raggiungi gli obiettivi, nel male non li raggiungi. Domani scegliere la formazione per me sarà molto difficile. È importante che chi va in panchina sarà a disposizione a livello mentale per poi determinare quando entrano".

Sulla condizione fisica della squadra:

"Di dubbi per domani ne ho abbastanza, speriamo di risolverli per domani sera altrimenti è un casino. La partita di martedì ha confermato che De Winter, Athekame, Nkunku hanno fatto bene. C'è un gruppo di ragazzi che sta diventando squadra. Tutti dobbiamo avere un obiettivo e l'obiettivo personale deve essere messo al servizio della squadra per poi arrivare all'obiettivo finale, che è quello di tutti: ovvero che il Milan l'anno prossimo deve giocare la Champions".

Sul supporto dei tifosi:

"Io batto molto questo tasto dell'equilibrio. Il calcio è opinabile e la percezione è quella che fa cambiare la valutazione sul lavoro di uno un anno e poi il lavoro di uno l'anno dopo. Conta il risultato. Ci saranno partite che vinceremo 1-0, spero tanto, ci saranno partite che vinceremo 2-0, 3-2. L'importante è che la squadra mantenga la sua fisionomia".

Su Estupinan:

"È un ottimo giocatore, sta crescendo. Non dimentichiamoci che sono arrivati 10-12 giocatori nuovi. Un grande professionista, sono molto contento di averlo a disposizione. Nelle ultime partite è migliorato a livello fisico e tecnico".

Sul calendario fitto e la gestione delle partite:

"Quella di domani è un big match contro quella che l'anno scorso ha vinto lo scudetto. Si lavora perché comunque il Milan debba giocare la Champions di mercoledì o martedì o giovedì. Il Milan deve giocare quella competizione. Preferisco giocare ogni tre giorni che giocare una partita a settimana".

Su Conte e Allegri a confronto:

"Non lo so, dovete chiederlo ai giocatori. Ho grande rispetto di Antonio, è un grande professionista. Ognuno ha il suo carattere, magari siamo tanto lontani quanto siamo simili. In carriera ha fatto grandi risultati e li sta facendo".

Sulla propria evoluzione:

"Nell'anno in cui sono stato fermo ho visto tante partite. Per questo ci vuole l'equilibrio, domani la partita va male, speriamo di no, e Allegri non è più evoluto. Poi ci sono partite in cui giochi bene, partite in cui fa gol, partite sporche. Ci saranno partite in cui non riesci a giocare ma devi portare a casa il risultato: non puoi portare a casa sempre il risultato con partite pulite, in una stagione 7-8 partite le devi vincere sporche. Bisogna essere pronti anche a questo".

Sui favoriti dai bookmakers:

"Non so cosa pensano gli altri, io so quello che vedo e su cosa stiamo lavorando. Siamo ancora alla quinta giornata. Ci sono ancora 34 partite da giocare, 102 punti... Ce n'è ancora di acqua sotto i ponti che deve passare. Un passettino alla volta, bisogna mantenere questo equilibrio: dobbiamo lavorarci e dobbiamo sapere che al Milan vincere le partite è la normalità, perdere deve diventare l'eccezione. Domani affrontiamo una squadra che nelle ultime 26 ne ha vinte 18. Nel mese di settembre il Milan nella sua storia ha battuto poche volte il Napoli. Dovremo essere bravi a rovesciare questi numeri".

Sulla possibilità di schierare Pulisic e Nkunku insieme:

"Stanno tutti bene, sono in difficoltà. L'importante è che ci va in campo e chi va in panchina sia pronto al momento decisivo. Tutti vogliono giocare, ma più di 11 non posso metterli. Alla fine comunque gli obiettivi li raggiungiamo tutti: quelli che determinano le stagioni alla fine sono quasi sempre quelli che subentrano".

Sulla maturità del Milan dopo queste settimane:

"Questo lo vediamo domani, il primo test è domani. Ma ogni domenica o sabato ci sarà un test. Bisogna lavorare. In un mese non è che abbiamo risolto niente. Non siamo né in Champions né abbiamo vinto lo scudetto. Domani sarà una bella partita e un bel test. Domani non si decide lo scudetto e non si decide l'entrata in Champions. Un numero minimo per arrivare in Champions serve un numero minimo, non è che domani se vinci te ne danno 70 (ride, ndr)".

Sul contributo di Modric:

"Può dare quello che ha sempre dato nell'arco della sua carriera, nei suoi 13 anni al Real Madrid in cui ha vinto tantissimo. Anche quello che ha dato in questi mesi che è arrivato al Milan, professionalità e grande spessore tecnico. Dispiace che al mondo, purtroppo, giocatori come Modric ce ne siano pochi. Se ne contano neanche su un palmo della mano".
