Verso Milan Feyenoord, ecco le parole di Ibrahimovic alla vigilia del big match. Quest'oggi assente mister Conceicao, in rientro dal Portogallo dove si è recato per il funerale di Jorge Costa, ex presidente del Porto.

Il mister rientrerà tra pochi minuti in Italia per dirigere l'allenamento pomeridiano delle 17:30

INIZIA LA CONFERENZA

"Zlatan, ho colto la tua attenzione da sabato sera perchè ci sia l'ambiente giusto attorno alla squadra. Sogni uno stadio caldo come quello di Rotterdam?"
"Loro hanno colto vantaggio con i loro tifosi che hanno spinto tanto. Sono fiducioso che con i nostri tifosi sarà una partita molto diversa, con tutti i milanisti. Sia quelli dentro sia quelli fuori dallo stadio. Ci daranno forza e spinta per fare il meglio possibile. Poi la squadra in campo deve prendere questa energia e questa carica per fare il più possibile"

LE DOMANDE A IBRA

"Che spiegazione ti sei dato per questi su e giu del Milan?"
"Come ho detto pochi giorni fa, l'importante è superare i momenti bassi. Essere sempre al top tutti i giorni non è facile. L'obiettivo è che i momenti bassi siano i più corti possibili. Serve la mentalità da squadra di superare anche i momenti "Non wow" tirando fuori la mentalità di chi vuole vincere. Parlo tutti i giorni con i giocatori e con l'allenatore, cerchiamo di trovare soluzioni. Ma non si può parlare tutti i giorni di questi problemi, o ottieni l'esito opposto"


"Domani è una partita da dentro e fuori. Tu ne hai giocate tante. Quali sono le cose fondamentali che la squadra dovrà fare domani, e cosa non dovrà sbagliare"
"La squadra domani dovrà essere concentrata, più aggressiva e concreta rispetto a Rotterdam. Deve entrare con la mentalità di giocare una finale. L'importante è vincere, conta solo quello. Ognuno deve spingere il compagno affianco e tenerlo concentrato. È un lavoro collettivo."


"Quanto è importante per te Zlatan e per la dirigenza la partita di domani"
"Per me è importante perchè sono un vincente e voglio sempre che si vinca, voglio portare risultati. Cerco di fare cose e di fare la differenza per scrivere la Storia. Il Milan è un Club che quando vince scrive la storia. Tutti quelli che sono qui sono qui con questa ambizione. Siamo qui per vincere e alzare trofei. La partita di domani ovviamente è importante. La Storia del Milan è la Champions League, e vogliamo continuare a fare questa cosa. Da fuori spingiamo la squadra che è in campo. Per tutti è importante. Per questo domani è una finale"


Sui nuovi acquisti
"Sono stati importanti, sono giocatori già forti. Ci aspettiamo tanto da loro. Il club si aspetta tanto da questi nuovi acquisti che devono entrare subito in squadra e prendere subito spazio. Gliel'ho già detto a tutti. Serve che prendano subito il loro spazio per spostare un po' l'equilibrio, e lo stanno facendo. Come diceva Galiani "i giocatori devono solo pensare al campo, al resto ci pensiamo noi". Cerchiamo di fare tutto il possibile per lasciarli concentrati solo esclusivamente sul campo."

Sul ruolo di Ibra, che sembra più presente rispetto a inizio stagione
"Già durante la presentazione degli acquisti c'ero. Con Fonseca parlavamo tutti i giorni a Milanello e non serviva venissi io. Oggi è solo una situazione rara per quello che è successo. Tutti lavoriamo e tutti abbiamo le nostre responsabilità."

Su Jimenez, e sulla possibilità di trattenerlo ritrattando con il Real Madrid
"Si c'è questa clausola con il Real, ma abbiamo un ottimo rapporto con loro. Al momento non ci sono discussioni tra i due club. Il ragazzo sta facendo molto bene. A inizio anno doveva essere uno del Milan Futuro, ma come vede la nostra strategia con la seconda squadra è di far credere questi ragazzi. Lui, come Zeroli, come Camarda, come Bartesaghi. Ci sono tanti talenti. Mi dispiace non ci sia in lista di Champions, per le regole non si poteva iscrivere. Dall'anno prossimo sarà in lista B avendo giocato due anni nelle giovanili del Milan e potremo iscriverlo".

Su Theo
"Lui sa cosa deve fare per tirare fuori il massimo possibile. Deve trovare il suo trigger point per arrivare al livello massimo, ed è questa la parte piu difficile dell'essere un calciatore. Noi proviamo a fare il nostro, ma è il giocatore che deve trovare il suo bottone personale per fare il meglio possibile. Nel mio caso era l'essere sempre arrabbiato. Theo comunque non è più un ragazzino, lo era quando sono tornato io. Ora è un giocatore adulto e maturo"


Su Leao
"È bello, tutti parlano di Leao, tutti chiedono di dirgli come giocare. Per noi è tra i più forti al mondo: come glielo spieghi come deve giocare? Lo sai lui, per questo è tra i più forti al mondo. Poi puoi indirizzarlo tatticamente, ma come deve giocare non glielo spieghi. È lui che ti spiega come deve giocare. È un motivo se lui è al Milan ed è uno dei più forti al mondo. Mi hanno chiesto una cosa su Leao nell'ultima partita, ma tranquilli, sa lui cosa fare con la palla o meno".

Sull'avere più italiani in rosa
"Noi abbiamo cercato italiani, solo che non siamo riusciti a chiudere. Sottil l'abbiamo preso. Vogliamo giocatori italiani, ma ogni situazione è diversa. Noi cerchiamo di portare i migliori giocatori al Milan. Quando sei al Milan nessuno ha il posto garantito, c'è sempre uno di fianco a te che può prendere il tuo posto. E se non c'è allora lo si porta da fuori, italiano o straniero. Noi cerchiamo profili che possono stare al Milan. Ci sono tanti grandi giocatori, ma quando giochi davanti ad 80mila persone è diverso. Ho visto tanti giocatori che non sono riusciti a giocare al Milan, poi sono andati in altre piazze e hanno fatto bene. Quando sei al Milan devi portare i risultati. Per questo i giocatori del Milan diventano leggende: perché portano risultati e trofei. Abbiamo occhi su tanti italiani, ma come dici te il mercato italiano è diverso. Ma non abbiamo paura, se è giusto lo facciamo".

Sulla proprietà
"Con Gerry si parla tutti i giorni, è molto carico. Non solo per la Champions ma anche per il Campionato. Dà fiducia a tutti. Noi stiamo lavorando per portare risultati. Lui però è molto coinvolto e molto sul pezzo. Chiede risultati, ma ci lascia lo spazio per essere noi stessi e fare il nostro lavoro"


ORA LE DOMANDE A TOMORI

"Domani per voi è importantissimo non prendere gol"
"Come difensori il nostro obiettivo è scendere in campo in ogni partita e non prendere gol. Sappiamo bene la qualità che abbiamo. L'obiettivo è non prendere gol, ma anche se dovesse accadere non dobbiamo perdere la concentrazione e continuare a credere in quello che stiamo facendo. Sappiamo bene che dobbiamo vincere."


"Che cos'ha portato Walker in una difesa che sembra più solida"
"Io e Kyle pariamo molto durante la partita essendo entrambi inglesi. Lui ha portato calma ed esperienza. Tutti noi sappiamo la sua qualità, i trofei che ha vinto. Per questo siamo contenti di avere lui con noi. Quando lui dice qualcosa o vuole fare qualcosa, tutti lo ascoltiamo perchè sappiamo che giocatore è."

Sulle difficoltà riscontrate a Rotterdam, e su come disinnescare il Feyenoord
"Dopo la partita ci siamo parlati tra noi. Oggi vedremo la partita dell'andata e capiremo cosa dobbiamo e possiamo fare meglio. Prima abbiamo dovuto preparare la partita con il Verona. Sappiamo che sanno giocare bene in profondità, e abbiamo in mente come provare a fermarli"


Sul mercato, e sulla sua volontà di rifiutare le offerte per restare qui
"Ho sempre detto di essermi trovato a casa a Milano. Io ero e sono concentrato per stare qui al Milan. È un orgoglio e un piacere vestire questa maglia, e non ho voluto andare. Finchè il Milan mi vorrà qui, io resterò".


Se in difesa riescono a gestire il peso di quattro attaccanti assieme
"Il mister ci dice sempre che l'obiettivo è vincere, e per farlo tutti dobbiamo correre dare il massimo. Che si giochi in tre, quattro, cinque o sette davanti".

Today, coach Conceição was absent as he returned from Portugal, where he attended the funeral of Jorge Costa, former president of Porto.

"How do you explain Milan's ups and downs this season?"
"As I said a few days ago, the important thing is overcoming the low moments. Being at the top every single day is not easy. The goal is to make those low moments as short as possible. A winning mentality means overcoming even the 'not wow' moments by showing the mindset of those who want to win. I talk to the players and the coach every day, and we try to find solutions. But we can't discuss these problems every single day, or we risk making things worse."

"Tomorrow is a do-or-die match. You've played many of these. What are the key things the team must do, and what must they avoid?"
"The team must be focused, more aggressive, and more clinical than in Rotterdam. They need to step onto the pitch with the mentality of playing a final. Winning is the only thing that matters. Everyone must push their teammates and keep them focused. It’s a collective effort."

"How important is tomorrow’s match for you and for the management?"
"It’s important to me because I am a winner, and I always want to win. I want results. I try to make a difference to write history. Milan is a club that, when it wins, writes history. Everyone here shares that ambition. We are here to win and lift trophies. Tomorrow's game is obviously crucial. Milan’s history is in the Champions League, and we want to keep that going. From the outside, we push the team on the pitch. It’s important for everyone. That’s why tomorrow is a final."

On the new signings
"They are important and already strong players. We expect a lot from them. The club expects them to integrate quickly and make an impact. I’ve already told them: they need to step up and shift the balance, and they are doing it. As Galliani used to say, 'Players should only focus on the pitch; we take care of the rest.' We do everything possible to keep them focused solely on football."

On Ibra’s role, appearing more present compared to the start of the season
"I was already involved when we introduced the new signings. I talk to Fonseca every day at Milanello, so there was no need for me to be there all the time. Today is just a rare situation due to what happened. We all work, and we all have our responsibilities."

On Jimenez and the possibility of renegotiating with Real Madrid to keep him
"Yes, there is a clause with Real, but we have a great relationship with them. Right now, there are no discussions between the clubs. The boy is doing very well. At the start of the year, he was supposed to be part of Milan’s future, but as you can see, our strategy with the second team is to develop young talent. "As defenders, our goal is always to step on the pitch and keep a clean sheet. We know the quality we have. The objective is not to concede, but even if it happens, we must not lose focus and continue believing in what we are doing. We know we need to win."

"What has Walker brought to the defense, which seems more solid?"
"Kyle and I talk a lot during the match since we’re both English. He has brought calmness and experience. We all know his quality and the trophies he has won. That’s why we’re happy to have him with us. When he speaks or makes a decision, everyone listens because we know what kind of player he is."

"What difficulties did you face in Rotterdam, and how can you neutralize Feyenoord?"
"After the match, we talked among ourselves. Today, we will rewatch the first leg to understand what we can do better. First, we had to prepare for the Verona match. We know they (Feyenoord) play well in depth, and we have a plan to try to stop them."
