"Accordo con il Milan per il trasferimento temporaneo di Morata tra il 2 febbraio 2025 e il 20 gennaio 2026.
Di conseguenza, all'AC Milan SPA Club sarà corrisposto un corrispettivo per il trasferimento temporaneo di 6.000.000 di euro.
Per il calciatore
- 3.000.000 di euro per la seconda metà della stagione 2024-2025,
- Un compenso garantito di 3.000.000 euro sarà pagato per la prima metà della stagione 2025-2026.
Inoltre, il nostro club ha l'opzione di acquistare il calciatore per un compenso di 8.000.000 di euro se il giocatore lo comunica per iscritto entro il 15 gennaio 2026. Tale corrispettivo sarà pagato in 6 rate.
Nel caso in cui il nostro club non eserciti l'opzione di acquisto al 15 gennaio 2026, è prevista un'opzione di prolungamento gratuito del periodo di prestito fino al 30 giugno 2026.
In caso di prolungamento del periodo di prestito, verrà pagato una cifra garantita di 3.000.000 di euro per la seconda metà della stagione 2025-2026".
