"AC Milan è lieto di comunicare di aver acquisito a titolo definitivo le prestazioni sportive del calciatore Santiago Tomás Gimenez dal Feyenoord Rotterdam. L'attaccante messicano ha firmato un contratto fino al 30 giugno 2029.

Nato a Buenos Aires (Argentina) il 18 aprile 2001, cresce nel Settore Giovanile del Cruz Azul con cui debutta in Prima Squadra nell'agosto 2017, e totalizza 105 presenze e 21 gol, vincendo una Coppa e una Supercoppa del Messico. Nell'estate 2022 passa al Feyenoord con cui colleziona 105 presenze e 65 gol, conquistando un campionato olandese, una Coppa e una Supercoppa d'Olanda.

Santiago, nell'ottobre 2021 debutta nella Nazionale messicana, con cui vanta 32 presenze e 4 reti.

Gimenez indosserà la maglia rossonera numero 7."

Born in Buenos Aires (Argentina) on April 18, 2001, he grew up in the Cruz Azul Youth Sector, where he made his First Team debut in August 2017, totaling 105 appearances and 21 goals, winning one Copa and one Supercopa of Mexico. In the summer of 2022, he moved to Feyenoord, where he made 105 appearances and scored 65 goals, winning one Dutch league title, one Cup, and one Supercup.

Santiago made his debut for the Mexican National Team in October 2021, with 32 appearances and 4 goals.
