Il club inglese avrebbe presentato un’offerta vicina ai 35 milioni di euro per il difensore, ma il Milan chiede una cifra superiore, considerando che si è già ad agosto inoltrato. Dal canto suo, il giocatore ha dato piena disponibilità al trasferimento in Premier League: qualora gli inglesi decidessero di affondare il colpo, l’operazione sarebbe già ben indirizzata. Sul tavolo, per il giovane centrale rossonero, ci sarebbe un contratto da 4 milioni di euro a stagione più bonus fino al 2030.
