SERAFINI: "PARATICI? SE LA SOCIETÀ SI SPAVENTA SE QUALCUNO ABBAIA ALLORA.."

Durante un intervento negli studi di Sportitalia, Luca Serafini ha espresso la sua opinione sul Milan, soffermandosi in particolare sulla decisione del club rossonero di fare un passo indietro rispetto alla possibile nomina di Fabio Paratici come nuovo direttore sportivo:

"Comunicato o non comunicato dell'ADISE, il fatto secondo me già che il presidente dell'ADISE sia anche il presidente dell'Inter è come se io facessi anche il presidente dell'ordine degli avvocati e faccio il giornalista. Non ci sta molto elegantemente. Poi come diceva mio papà: "Quando tuona da qualche parte piove". Da una parte c'è questo strana anatema nei confronti di Paratici che è uno squalificato, ma tu puoi comprare un giocatore che è squalificato, puoi assumere un allenatore che è squalificato. Non si capisce perché non dovresti farlo con un direttore sportivo. Dall'altra parte c'è una società che se si spaventa che qualcuno abbia evidentemente non ha fatto una scelta così convinta, perché se io ho deciso che il mio direttore sportivo è Paratici, il mio direttore sportivo è Paratici. Punto. Siamo alle solite storie".

During an appearance in the Sportitalia studios, Luca Serafini shared his thoughts on AC Milan, focusing in particular on the club’s decision to backtrack on the potential appointment of Fabio Paratici as the new sporting director:

"Whether or not there was a statement from ADISE, the fact that the president of ADISE is also the president of Inter is, in my opinion, like me being the president of the bar association while also working as a journalist. It doesn’t really come across as very elegant. Then, as my father used to say: 'When it thunders somewhere, it rains.' On one hand, there's this strange kind of curse placed on Paratici because he's been banned, but you can buy a player who’s banned, you can hire a coach who’s banned. It’s not clear why you shouldn’t do the same with a sporting director. On the other hand, there’s a club that, if it gets scared by something like this, clearly didn’t make a very strong or confident decision—because if I’ve decided that my sporting director is Paratici, then my sporting director is Paratici. Period. Same old story."
