SAN SIRO, IN ARRIVO NUOVI RICORSI SULLA VENDITA DEL MEAZZA A MILAN E INTER

Il termine ultimo per avanzare proposte alternative alla cessione dello stadio San Siro è ormai trascorso senza che siano giunte nuove offerte, lasciando sul tavolo soltanto quella di Inter e Milan per edificare un impianto moderno e riqualificare la zona circostante. Nel frattempo, il Comitato Sì Meazza solleva obiezioni sulla stima di 197 milioni elaborata dal Comune insieme all’Agenzia delle Entrate, annunciando l’intenzione di inoltrare un esposto alla Corte dei Conti per presunto danno erariale, oltre a un ricorso al TAR per impugnare il bando. Questa battaglia legale rischia di rallentare le negoziazioni, mentre i club richiedono rassicurazioni sui permessi necessari per costruzione e demolizione.

The deadline for submitting alternative proposals to the sale of the San Siro stadium has passed without any new bids, leaving only the one from Inter and Milan to build a new stadium and redevelop the surrounding area. Meanwhile, the Comitato Sì Meazza raises objections to the 197 million valuation made by the City and the Agenzia delle Entrate, announcing it will file a complaint with the Court of Auditors for alleged financial damage, as well as an appeal to the Regional Administrative Court (TAR) against the tender. This legal dispute could slow down negotiations, while the clubs are asking for assurances on the necessary construction and demolition permits.
