SAN SIRO: CONFERMATO IL VINCOLO SUL SECONDO ANELLO

ll Tar respinge il ricorso del Comune di Milano contro il parere della sovrintendenza. Confermato quindi il vincolo sul secondo anello dello stadio di San Siro.

A partire dal 2025, il secondo anello, e quindi San Siro, non potranno essere abbattuti per un massiccio e imponente restauro. Cade così l'ultimo tentativo del Comune di Milano di poter disincentivare la costruzione del nuovo impianto rossonero a San Donato favorendo un restyling dell'attuale Meazza.

Tar rejects the appeal of the Municipality of Milan against the opinion of the superintendence. Therefore, the restriction on the second tier of the San Siro stadium is confirmed.

Starting from 2025, the second tier, and therefore San Siro, cannot be demolished for a massive and imposing restoration. Thus falls the last attempt by the Municipality of Milan to discourage the construction of the new red-and-black facility in San Donato, favoring a restyling of the current Meazza.
