Tijjani Reijnders dà l’addio al Milan dopo soltanto due anni. La notizia era nell’aria da tempo, mancava soltanto l’annuncio ufficiale che è giunto stamattina attraverso i comunicati sia del club rossonero che del Manchester City. Se i numeri verranno confermati – 57 milioni garantiti più bonus fino a un massimo di 70 milioni – il club milanese registrerà una plusvalenza superiore ai 40 milioni di euro, di cui il 10% spetterà all’AZ Alkmaar.

Reijnders lascia dopo due stagioni in maglia Milan, in cui si è rapidamente guadagnato l’affetto dei tifosi e soprattutto un ruolo chiave nel centrocampo rossonero. Dopo un primo anno di adattamento, durante il quale ha comunque mostrato segnali molto positivi, in questa seconda stagione l’olandese ha avuto la consacrazione definitiva: 54 presenze e ben 15 reti. Prestazioni che gli sono valse il riconoscimento come miglior centrocampista della Serie A. A questi dati vanno aggiunti quelli dell’annata d’esordio: 50 presenze e 4 gol. Un totale quindi di 104 presenze e 19 gol.
