Sono queste le prime battute sarcastiche dei sostenitori del Manchester City dopo aver visto all’opera, per la prima volta, il nuovo innesto Tijjani Reijnders. Il centrocampista olandese, ex Milan, ha impressionato nei suoi primi 45 minuti giocati: 82 tocchi, 68 passaggi completati su 74 tentati, 2 duelli vinti su 3, e un assist decisivo che ha favorito una rete dei Citizens.

Il trasferimento di Reijnders è stato concluso per una cifra vicina ai 57 milioni di euro, con possibili ulteriori 15 milioni legati a bonus.

Per il Milan, si tratta di un’operazione che ha garantito una plusvalenza superiore ai 40 milioni di euro, molto simile a quanto incassato due stagioni fa per la cessione di Sandro Tonali.

The former Milan midfielder delivered an impressive performance in just 45 minutes: 82 touches, 68 successful passes out of 74, 2 duels won out of 3, and a key pass that led to a goal for the Citizens.

Reijnders was sold to Manchester City for a fee of around 57 million euros, with potential bonuses up to 15 million.

For Milan, the deal represents a profit of more than 40 million euros, almost matching the figure earned two years ago from the sale of Sandro Tonali.
