RAVEZZANI: "DIRIGENZA CLAMOROSAMENTE MANCATA NEI MOMENTI IMPORTANTI"

Il Milan vince a Genoa in rimonta, l’ennesima della gestione Conceiçao, e agguanta il terzo successo di fila con il tecnico portoghese in panchina: nonostante l’ultimo mese abbia portato risultati positivi i rossoneri rimangono comunque noni in classifica in Serie A. Una situazione che fa capire quanto sia stata negativa la stagione fin qua.

Fabio Ravezzani, direttore di TeleLombardia, in un video su YouTube parla di quello che ha portato, secondo lui, a questa stagione disastrosa:

“Il Milan abdica in qualche modo a dare una presenza forte di sé anche a Genoa. Moncada è evidentemente di questa triade dirigenziale, che non si capisce bene come sia composta e che poteri abbia, l’elemento meno rappresentativo. È andato lui con la squadra a Genova ed è vero che si trattava di una partita non particolarmente importante, ma non è comprensibile come in ogni caso, in una partita che serve a preparare quella che è determinante che si giocherà relativamente tra pochi giorni, non sia stato seguito il Milan da dirigenti importanti come Furlani e Ibrahimovic. Si dirà che erano impegnati a fare altre cose, ma diventa difficile immaginare che Furlani e Ibrahimovic non siano andati al seguito della squadra un lunedì sera a Genoa, quindi non esattamente molto distante, lasciando questa trasferta in balia di un allenatore che quasi certamente non rimarrà e di un dirigente che quasi certamente verrà ridimensionato, Moncada. Anche da questi dettagli si capisce la mancanza di una professionalità, di un’attenzione e di una cultura dirigenziale che è stato uno dei grandi problemi che hanno limitato il volo del Milan: rimane questa la sintesi di una stagione con molte ombre e qualche luce. Speriamo per il Milan che una di queste luci sia la vittoria della Coppa Italia. Una squadra con giocatori tecnicamente importanti ma che è stata quasi impossibile governare per due allenatori diversi e con una dirigenza che purtroppo, nei momenti più importanti, è clamorosamente mancata”.

“Milan, in some way, abdicates from showing a strong presence even in Genoa. Moncada is clearly the least representative figure in this management trio, whose composition and powers remain unclear. He was the one who traveled with the team to Genoa, and while it’s true the match wasn’t particularly important, it’s still hard to understand why, in any case — in a game that serves as preparation for a crucial match just a few days away — key executives like Furlani and Ibrahimovic weren’t with the team. People will say they were busy with other things, but it’s difficult to imagine that Furlani and Ibrahimovic wouldn’t follow the team on a Monday evening in Genoa, which isn’t exactly far away, leaving the trip in the hands of a coach who almost certainly won’t stay and an executive who will almost certainly be sidelined, Moncada. Even from these details, you can see the lack of professionalism, attention, and leadership culture — one of the major issues that has held Milan back. This sums up a season with many shadows and only a few lights. Let’s hope for Milan that one of those lights will be winning the Coppa Italia. It’s a team with technically important players, but one that has been almost impossible to manage for two different coaches, with a leadership that, unfortunately, has been glaringly absent in the most critical moments.”
