PRESENTATA IN COMUNE LA PROPOSTA D'ACQUISTO DI SAN SIRO

Inter e Milan hanno comunicato di aver depositato al Comune di Milano il famoso Docfap, il documento di fattibilità progettuale per la realizzazione del nuovo stadio: oltre 300 pagine con la proposta di acquisizione dello stadio Meazza e delle aree limitrofe.

Annullato quindi l'appuntamento previsto per domani con il sindaco Sala. Il passaggio è fondamentale per arrivare a luglio all'acquisto dell'area, prima che scatti il vincolo sul secondo anello di San Siro.

Il deposito è arrivato con una settimana di ritardo rispetto alle attese, a causa delle ultime concertazioni tra club su alcuni punti strategici del documento, come le regole di ingaggio nel caso in cui uno dei due club decidesse di non proseguire con la ristrutturazione di San Siro.

Ecco il comunicato congiunto di Milan e Inter:

«AC Milan e FC Internazionale Milano hanno depositato oggi al Comune di Milano il DOCFAP, contenente la proposta per l’acquisizione dello Stadio Giuseppe Meazza e delle aree limitrofe, insieme all’ipotesi di fattibilità progettuale per la realizzazione di uno stadio all’avanguardia, inserito in un progetto di rigenerazione urbana, nel segno di innovazione, sostenibilità e accessibilità», hanno spiegato in una nota congiunta i due club.

«Una proposta elaborata dai migliori professionisti ed esperti del settore, frutto della visione strategica delle proprietà dei due Club, che pone le basi per l’attuazione di un’opera che rappresenterà un benchmark a livello internazionale e porterà rilevanti benefici alla città di Milano e ai milanesi. Nei prossimi mesi, i due Club si confronteranno con l’Amministrazione Comunale per condividere e approfondire i dettagli e gli elementi distintivi della proposta, con l’obiettivo di completare la procedura di acquisizione entro il mese di luglio 2025»

«Il concept finale e il progetto esecutivo verranno eventualmente presentati in una fase successiva e non sono dunque oggetto della documentazione presentata oggi»

Inter and Milan have announced that they have submitted the famous Docfap, the project feasibility document for the construction of the new stadium, to the Municipality of Milan. The document consists of over 300 pages, including a proposal for the acquisition of the Meazza Stadium and the surrounding areas.

As a result, the scheduled meeting with Mayor Sala for tomorrow has been canceled. This step is crucial to completing the purchase of the area by July, before the restriction on the second tier of San Siro comes into effect.

The submission was delayed by a week compared to initial expectations due to final negotiations between the clubs on certain strategic aspects of the document, such as the engagement rules in case one of the two clubs decides not to proceed with the renovation of San Siro.

Here is the joint statement from Milan and Inter:

"AC Milan and FC Internazionale Milano have today submitted the DOCFAP to the Municipality of Milan, containing the proposal for the acquisition of the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium and the surrounding areas, along with the feasibility study for the construction of a cutting-edge stadium as part of an urban regeneration project focused on innovation, sustainability, and accessibility," the two clubs stated in a joint release.

"This proposal, developed by top professionals and industry experts, is the result of the strategic vision of the two Clubs' ownerships. It lays the foundation for a project that will serve as an international benchmark and bring significant benefits to the city of Milan and its residents. In the coming months, the two Clubs will engage with the Municipal Administration to discuss and refine the details and distinctive elements of the proposal, aiming to complete the acquisition process by July 2025," the two organizations added.

"The final concept and the executive project will be presented at a later stage and are therefore not part of the documentation submitted today."
