Perché in difesa ci sono giocatori che vanno su, altri giù e altri rimangono fermi? Scotto da subire per creare tante occasioni da gol?

"Ci sono alcuni errori individuali ma non solo in difesa. Penso che la squadra ha avuto errori non forzati dell'avversario. C'è qualche comportamento che stiamo cercando di migliorare: anche a Napoli il gol è stato più o meno così. Stiamo lavorando per cercare di migliorare. Per me non è facile, sono comportamenti del calcio e di scuola calcio che si imparano da ragazzini. Sbagliamo anche tanti gol. Dobbiamo trovare questo equilibrio, perché creiamo tanto. L'approccio è stato brutto, non era quello che abbiamo preparato: il responsabile sono io"

Tre rimonte piene e una quasi rimonta: è frustrante vedere due tempi diversi?

"Noi parliamo tra di noi, prepariamo bene le partite: i ragazzi mi hanno dato dei bei segni in questi tre giorni. La partita contro l'Inter è stato diverso l'approccio e per 90 minuti siamo stati equilibrati. Sinceramente, la qualità che abbiamo è un insieme di caratteristiche che i giocatori devono avere e questa mentalità, personalità per entrare in partita forte per difendere questa maglia deve essere sempre presente"

L'insofferenza sul cambio di Musah è l'emblema?

"Lui mi ha dato segni positivi, era fresco e in allenamento ha fatto bene: dopo ho capito che la partita non stava andando bene e l'ho cambiato. È un bravissimo ragazzo, ci sono partite che girano così"

Theo: possibile che il suo futuro non sia più di un terzino a 4 ma di un esterno a 5?

"Lui a livello offensivo di cui tutti riconosciamo la qualità. Crea nella sua fascia difficoltà agli avversari. Come tutti i laterali così offensivi, con una difesa a cinque sono più protetti. Ma è la dinamica della squadra. Contro l'Inter avevamo un quinto uomo e lui si è sentito più a suo agio"

Ti confermeresti fossi un dirigente del Milan?

"(risata, ndr) Sono deluso ma adesso mi è venuto da ridere"
