Ecco le dichiarazioni di Mister Conceicao al termine di Lecce Milan.

Primo tempo forse uno dei migliori per intensità e fluidità, ma vai sotto. Secondo tempo non allo stesso ritmo, poi la reazione dalla panchina

“Hai fatto una foto della partita veramente corretta. Abbiamo avuto un po’ più di tempo in settimana per preparare questa la partita, sapevamo forze e debolezze del Lecce e abbiamo preparato molto bene, con i giocatori applicati a fare quello che ho chiesto. Abbiamo creato occasioni, segnato due gol annullati e poi siamo andati sotto. Nel secondo tempo non siamo rientrati come volevamo e loro hanno fatto il secondo, e in quel momento sembrava difficile ribaltarla: poi è venuto fuori il carattere dei giocatori e abbiamo ripreso. Alla fine è andata bene. Per l’atteggiamento della squadra e per il lavoro fatto in settimana i miei complimenti se siamo così a livello di base. Hanno avuto un atteggiamento che mi è piaciuto molto”.

Quindi c’è l’atteggiamento giusto? Com’è che non si vede sempre?

“Delle volte non è l’atteggiamento, è anche l’avversario che ha qualità. Mi piace molto lavorare sul campo, non è una scusa. Questa aggressività oggi è stata più organizzata, questo arriva dal lavoro sul campo. Non sono felice perché siamo usciti dalla Champions League, ma abbiamo un po’ più di tempo per lavorare su queste situazioni e ne approfittiamo. Io penso che i ragazzi hanno carattere, bisogna buttarlo fuori sempre, deve essere un’abitudine. Dopo arriva naturalmente la partita”.

Il ruolo ideale di Pulisic:

“Partendo dalla fascia si trova molto bene nei corridoi centrali, poi dipende dalla strategia della partita. È vero che oggi ha cominciato a sinistra, ma io volevo lui e Musah tra le linee, con Reijnders e Bondo che attiravano i loro centrocampisti per avere quello spazio che abbiamo sfruttato molto bene nel primo tempo. Lui è un giocatore di grandissima qualità tecnica ed è anche molto intelligente nei diversi ruoli che ha. Può giocare dietro la punta, può giocare sulla fascia venendo dentro: è la sua miglior posizione. Poi se parte a destra o a sinistra, o se gioca già lì, dipende dalla strategia”.

Ora una settimana un pochino più tranquilla…

Pulisic’s ideal role:
