ORDINE: "IL MILAN DEVE SANARE LA ROTTURA CON I TIFOSI"

Il Milan sta vivendo una crisi senza fine. Tra gli aspetti più preoccupanti c'è il rapporto completamente distrutto tra società, dirigenza e tifo.

Così Franco Ordine nel suo editoriale al Corriere dello Sport:

"Il primo intervento utile, per riportare il sereno a Milanello e dintorni, è uno e uno soltanto: ricomporre la frattura con la tifoseria e la curva sud. Il motivo è sotto gli occhi di tutti. In coincidenza con la contestazione di domenica sera, il Milan di Conceiçao ha tradito la fragilità emotiva già segnalata durante le ultime settimane della passata stagione.

Nel corso dei primi 15 minuti, in cui sullo stadio è piombato un gelo assoluto, il Milan non è riuscito a imbastire una sola azione degna di rilievo e si è assistito al palleggio orizzontale e inutile tra Gabbia e Pavlovic. Nessuno che avesse il coraggio di azzardare un lancio.

«C’era un ambiente strano, le scarpe erano bollenti», la spiegazione del tecnico portoghese. Una conferma del prezzo pagato a questo clima tossico è arrivata da Rafa Leao. In un post su Instagram ha scritto: «Siamo noi contro tutti e contro tutto». È esattamente così. E allora c’è bisogno di un intervento pacificatore, forse anche di un personaggio con queste caratteristiche (si è parlato a tal proposito di Mauro Tassotti).

In questo senso può essere utile guardare a quello che è accaduto tra Trigoria e l’Olimpico appena è uscito di scena Juric ed è subentrato Claudio Ranieri. Ha impiegato poche settimane di tempo per sanare la frattura col pubblico e riportare serenità nel team. Per centrare l’obiettivo è indispensabile offrire anche all’esterno, oltre che all’interno, l’impressione di un management che marcia unito.

Il secondo intervento è egualmente indispensabile e si riferisce all’assunzione del ds, figura assente dal giorno dell’addio di Ricky Massara al seguito di Paolo Maldini. Moncada non ha il patentino (e si è iscritto al corso per ottenerlo). Dalla risposta di Furlani di domenica sera sull’argomento («non è ancora stata fatta la scelta») si intuisce che è in corso l’ultima riflessione prima di procedere alla firma del contratto. Nei giorni scorsi si è parlato di Tare e Paratici, una sorta di casting come se si dovesse preparare un film. Va fatta subito la scelta perché questi sono i giorni in cui si prepara la futura stagione, con i contratti da rinnovare o le cessioni da fare e soprattutto la scelta del nuovo allenatore. Senza entrare nel merito della caratura professionale dei candidati, è banale segnalare che Paratici, sottoposto a squalifica per la vicenda plusvalenze Juve, non sarebbe utilizzabile in prima linea fino al 20 luglio.

Il terzo e ultimo intervento riguarda infine l’allenatore a cui affidare l’incarico delicatissimo della ricostruzione nella prossima stagione. E in questo senso l’esperienza realizzata prima con Fonseca - profilo disposto ad accettare il mercato fatto dalla società - e poi con Conceiçao - caratterialmente opposto al connazionale predecessore - deve fare da insegnamento perché non si può più sbagliare".

"The first necessary step to restore calm at Milanello and beyond is just one: mending the fracture with the supporters and the Curva Sud. The reason is evident to all. Coinciding with Sunday night’s protest, Conceição’s Milan exposed the same emotional fragility that had already emerged in the final weeks of last season.

In the first 15 minutes, during which an absolute silence fell over the stadium, Milan failed to put together a single noteworthy action. Instead, we witnessed pointless horizontal passing between Gabbia and Pavlovic. No one had the courage to attempt a bold pass.

‘It was a strange atmosphere, our boots felt like they were burning,’ said the Portuguese coach, explaining the situation. A clear confirmation of the impact of this toxic climate came from Rafa Leão, who wrote on Instagram: ‘It’s us against everyone and everything.’ That’s exactly the case. And so, a peacemaking intervention is needed—perhaps even from a figure suited to the task (Mauro Tassotti has been mentioned in this regard).

Looking at what happened between Trigoria and the Stadio Olimpico when Juric left and Claudio Ranieri took over can be useful. It took Ranieri just a few weeks to mend the rift with the fans and restore calm within the team. To achieve this, the management must not only show internal unity but also convey this impression externally.

The second necessary step concerns the appointment of a sporting director, a role left vacant since Ricky Massara’s departure alongside Paolo Maldini. Moncada does not have the required license (and has enrolled in a course to obtain it). Furlani’s response on Sunday evening (‘a decision has not yet been made’) suggests the club is in the final stage of deliberation before signing a contract. In recent days, names like Tare and Paratici have been mentioned, as if conducting a casting for a movie. The choice must be made immediately, as these are crucial days for planning the upcoming season—renewing contracts, making transfers, and, above all, selecting the new coach. Without discussing the professional merits of the candidates, it is worth noting that Paratici, who is suspended due to the Juventus capital gains case, would not be eligible to operate in a key role until July 20.

The third and final intervention concerns appointing the right coach to handle the delicate task of rebuilding for next season. The club must learn from past experiences: first with Fonseca—who was willing to accept the club’s market decisions—and then with Conceição, who has a character completely opposite to his predecessor. There is no room for error this time.”
