NUOVO SAN SIRO, SALA: "STIAMO PRESSANDO SUI TEMPI"

Sul nuovo stadio a Milano in "questi giorni ci sono un po' di discussioni perché noi pressiamo sui tempi".

Lo ha spiegato il sindaco di Milano Giuseppe Sala in diretta a Amici e Nemici su Radio24, parlando delle trattative in corso con Inter e Milan per arrivare alla cessione delle aree e del Meazza, per realizzare il nuovo impianto.

"Non c'è stato nessun ultimatum - ha aggiunto - ma siccome entrambe le parti, Comune e club, vorrebbero concludere l'operazione di cessione dello stadio e delle aree entro le vacanze estive, stiamo dicendo che ogni settimana persa è una in più da recuperare".

"La cessione è complicata, non si parla solo di stadio ma di aree, rassicuro però i milanesi che i diritti volumetrici sono quelli previsti e non regaleremo niente - ha detto il sindaco -, inoltre il prezzo è deciso dall'Agenzia delle entrate". "Noi oggi stiamo dicendo ai club che sono lavori che prenderanno degli anni, quindi cerchiamo di andare al punto", ha concluso.

"The sale is complicated; it's not just about the stadium but also the surrounding areas. However, I want to reassure Milanese citizens that the volumetric rights are as planned, and we won’t be giving anything away," said the mayor. "Additionally, the price is determined by the Revenue Agency."

"Today, we are telling the clubs that this is a project that will take years, so let's try to get straight to the point," he concluded.
