NUOVO SAN SIRO, PRIME FOTO E DETTAGLI DEL PROGETTO

Nonostante l’inchiesta della Procura di Milano sulla possibile vendita di San Siro a Milan e Inter, il Comune ha pubblicato un bando per valutare altre manifestazioni di interesse oltre ai due club. Il prezzo di partenza, stabilito dall’Agenzia delle Entrate, è di 197 milioni di euro per lo stadio e le aree circostanti. Se entro il 30 aprile non emergeranno nuove offerte (limitate a progetti sportivi), si procederà con una trattativa privata per chiudere la vendita prima del vincolo della Sovrintendenza sul secondo anello, previsto a novembre.

IL PROGETTO – Milan e Inter propongono la costruzione di un nuovo stadio da 71.500 posti con ristoranti, uffici, un hotel e spazi commerciali. Parte del Meazza verrebbe conservata, mantenendo parte della facciata e delle tribune sud-est, nel rispetto della memoria storica del luogo. Il nuovo impianto sarà in grado di ospitare una finale di Champions League e migliorerà l’esperienza dei tifosi.

COSTI E RIQUALIFICAZIONE – L’investimento complessivo è di 1,25 miliardi di euro, di cui 707,9 milioni per il nuovo stadio e 390,1 milioni per l’area polifunzionale. L’intervento genererà un impatto economico di circa 4,6 miliardi di euro, coinvolgendo anche il quartiere adiacente. Il Meazza rifunzionalizzato ospiterà hotel, uffici, negozi e spazi per la comunità, con aree dedicate ad anziani e giovani.

Despite the investigation by the Milan Prosecutor's Office into the possible sale of San Siro to Milan and Inter, the City has published a notice to assess other expressions of interest beyond the two clubs. The starting price, set by the Revenue Agency, is €197 million for the stadium and surrounding areas. If no new offers (limited to sports projects) emerge by April 30, a private negotiation will proceed to finalize the sale before the heritage restriction on the second tier takes effect in November.

COSTS AND REDEVELOPMENT – The total investment amounts to €1.25 billion, including €707.9 million for the new stadium and €390.1 million for the multifunctional area. The project is expected to generate an economic impact of approximately €4.6 billion, also benefiting the surrounding neighborhood. The repurposed Meazza will host hotels, offices, shops, and community spaces, with dedicated areas for seniors and young people.
