MORATA: "ERO AL MILAN PER FONSECA. IL PROGETTO È CAMBIATO E NON ERO PIU A MIO AGIO"

L'ex Milan, ora in prestito al Galatasaray, ha così parlato al quotidiano Marca della sua breve esperienza in rossonero:

"Sono molto contento di essere venuto qui. Sto vivendo un'esperienza che a priori può essere diversa, ma ho trovato un Paese meraviglioso, un club incredibile e tifosi appassionati.

Quando ho lasciato l'Atletico avevo bisogno di cambiare aria: me lo chiedevano testa e corpo. Ci sono momenti in cui si prendono decisioni più o meno giuste, ma alla fine penso che l’opinione degli spagnoli su di me fosse cambiata in positivo dopo l'Europeo.

Sono andato lì per Fonseca che ha dimostrato di apprezzarmi molto. Dopo pochi mesi però lui è stato esonerato e il progetto rossonero è cambiato: alla fine non mi sentivo più a mio agio a Milano perché avevo scelto il Milan per Fonseca"

"I'm very happy to have come here. I'm living an experience that, at first glance, might seem different, but I have found a wonderful country, an incredible club, and passionate fans.

When I left Atlético, I needed a change of scenery—both my mind and body were asking for it. There are moments when you make decisions that may be more or less right, but in the end, I think Spaniards' opinion of me changed for the better after the Euros.

I went there for Fonseca, who showed great appreciation for me. However, after just a few months, he was sacked, and the Rossoneri project changed. In the end, I no longer felt comfortable in Milan because I had chosen the club for Fonseca."
