MONCADA: "NESSUN PROBLEMA CON MAIGNAN"

ll DT rossonero Geoffrey Moncada ha parlato a DAZN nel pre partita di Udinese-Milan:

Maignan è in scadenza nel 2026, a che punto siamo sul rinnovo? “Io penso che la cosa più importante è la partita di questa sera. Poi, parliamo da tanti mesi, sono con lui tutti i giorni, non ci sono problemi. Oggi la partita è molto più importante, veramente”.

La situazione di Jovic e Abraham: “La cosa interessante è che abbiamo 3 attaccanti, 4 con Francesco Camarda, abbiamo bisogno di tutti. Non possiamo averne solo uno, abbiamo bisogno di tanti giocatori che fanno gol. Oggi è la partita per Luka: ha fatto bene nelle ultime due partite, così come Tammy”.

Reijnders rimarrà centrale anche se arriveranno offerte? “Al 100% è con noi, è già nel più grande club del mondo al Milan. Ha cambiato paese, dall’AZ al Milan, ed è già ad un livello top. Siamo molto contenti di lui”.

Lucca piace al Milan? “Abbiamo già il nostro Luka, va bene (ride, ndr)”.

"I think the most important thing right now is tonight’s match. We’ve been talking for many months, I’m with him every day, there are no issues. Today’s game is truly much more important."

The situation with Jovic and Abraham:
"The interesting thing is that we have 3 forwards, 4 with Francesco Camarda. We need all of them. We can't rely on just one — we need many players who can score goals. Today is Luka’s match: he’s done well in the last two games, as has Tammy."

Will Reijnders remain central even if offers come in?
"100% he’s staying with us. He’s already at the biggest club in the world, at Milan. He changed countries, from AZ to Milan, and he’s already performing at a top level. We’re very happy with him."

Does Milan like Lucca?
"We already have our Luka, it’s fine (laughs)."
