Il Milan chiude la sua stagione battendo per 2-0 il Monza di Alessandro Nesta. In gol Matteo Gabbia e Joao Felix.

In uno stadio in contestazione prima, e quasi completamente svuotato poi, quella di questa sera ha dato l'idea di essere una partita di addio per molti giocatori.

Da Joao Felix e Walker, passando per Leao e Theo Hernadez. Concludendo infine con un Tijjani Reijnders che, dopo esser stato premiato a inizio partita come il miglior centrocampista del Campionato, compie un solitario quanto angosciante giro di campo al triplice fischio.

Il Milan chiude a 63 punti una stagione fallimentare. E il futuro sembra tutt'altro che sereno.

In a stadium first marked by protest and later almost completely emptied, tonight’s match felt like a farewell for many players.
