La stagione del Milan si è chiusa senza coppe europee per il 2025/26: fuori dalla Champions, eliminato in Coppa Italia e superato dalla Roma in campionato. Ora il club deve ripartire, correggere gli errori e sistemare anche i conti.

Bilancio 2024/25: previsione in perdita

Dopo due anni di utile, il bilancio 2024/25 rischia di chiudersi in rosso: -25 milioni stimati. I costi crescono, mentre i ricavi calano, soprattutto per la mancanza di plusvalenze importanti come quella di Tonali lo scorso anno.

Il calciomercato potrebbe aiutare: in uscita ci sono giocatori come Kalulu (Juventus, +13,6 mln), Bennacer (Marsiglia, +8,2 mln) e Saelemaekers (Roma). Altri nomi da tenere d’occhio per possibili cessioni: Adli, Pobega, Morata, Okafor.

Stagione 2025/26: senza coppe, mancano 80 milioni

L’anno prossimo sarà ancora più difficile: niente Champions, Europa o Conference League. Meno incassi da stadio, meno premi UEFA, e forse meno soldi dagli sponsor. Si parla di 80 milioni in meno rispetto al 2023/24. La soluzione più rapida resta vendere giocatori.

Bilancio solido, ma attenti al Fair Play UEFA

Il Milan ha comunque una buona base patrimoniale: al 30 giugno 2024, il patrimonio netto era di circa 200 milioni. Uscito dal Settlement Agreement UEFA, il club dovrà rispettare i nuovi limiti: perdite aggregate non oltre i -60 milioni in tre anni (2023/24, 2024/25, 2025/26).

Serve equilibrio nei conti e, soprattutto, tornare in Champions nel 2026/27.

Milan’s season ended without European football for 2025/26: no Champions League, out of the Coppa Italia, and overtaken by Roma in the league. Now the club must restart, fix past mistakes, and deal with financial issues.

2024/25 budget: expected loss

After two years of profit, the 2024/25 budget is expected to close with a loss of around €25 million. Costs are slightly up, but revenues are down—especially due to the lack of big capital gains like Tonali’s last season.

Transfers could help: potential sales include Kalulu (Juventus, +€13.6M), Bennacer (Marseille, +€8.2M), and Saelemaekers (Roma). Others who could be sold: Adli, Pobega, Morata, Okafor.

2025/26 season: no cups, €80M missing

Next season will be tougher: no Champions, Europa, or Conference League. That means less matchday income, no UEFA prize money, and possible sponsor cuts. About €80 million less compared to 2023/24. Selling players may be the only quick fix.

Solid finances, but UEFA rules apply

Milan still has a strong financial base: as of June 30, 2024, net assets were around €200 million. With the UEFA Settlement Agreement expiring, the club must now follow new Financial Fair Play rules: no more than €60 million in losses over three years (2023/24, 2024/25, 2025/26).

They’ll need to balance the books—and aim to be back in the Champions League by 2026/27.
