Direttamente da Milanello, seguiamo live la prima conferenza stampa di Ibrahimovic uomo RedBird:

Ibra sulla sua "terza vita" al Milan: "Posso iniziare dicendo che dopo 6 mesi mi sono già venuti i capelli grigi. Dopo il mio ritiro dal calcio, dopo 20/25 anni, ho avuto l'opportunità di passare più tempo con la mia famiglia. Poi mi è arrivata una chiamata da Giorgio Furlani, il nostro uomo del Milan, dicendomi di venire a Milanello e di fare un saluto in amicizia. Da lì siamo andati avanti, ho fatto il mio primo incontro con Gerry Cardinale parlando solo io e lui in meeting per qualche ora. Mi ha fatto la proposta di tornare nel Milan diventando Operating Partner in RedBird.

Ho spiegato semplice a Gerry: "SE ENTRO NEL MILAN DEVE ESSERE UN PROGETTO VINCENTE". Chiunque mi conosce sa che non accetto perdere. Non è che non mi piace perdere, non accetto proprio perdere. E Gerry mi ha risposto "BENVENUTO".

Sull'ambizione di Gerry Cardinale e di RedBird: "Ho conosciuto la persona. Parliamo la stessa lingua. Gerry è un vincente, perchè quando prende le cose è per vincere. Per lui il Milan è una questione personale. Ha ambizione e vuole creare un progetto vincente nel lungo periodo. Questo va fatto con intelligenza. Io sono qui da sei mesi, ma stanno lavorando bene da due anni"

Sul suo ruolo in RedBird e nel Milan: "Il mio ruolo è semplice. Sono Operating Partner di RedBird dove la mia responsabilità è il Milan. Sono l'uomo affianco di Gerry Cardinale. Sono coinvolto su tutto. Da Casa Milan a Milanello al Vismara. Ma non è un one man show. Ognuno ha il suo ruolo, ognuno è importante. Come la squadra lavora in campo, c'è un'altra squadra che lavora"

Qual è il prossimo step del Milan: "Il prossimo step è rinforzare la squadre e renderla ancora più competitiva per gli obiettivi che abbiamo: trofei in Italia e in Europa. Il Milan non deve solo vince e basta, il Milan deve anche fare la Storia. E chi è già nel Milan e non ha questi obiettivi, non avrà spazio. Nessuno di noi è soddisfatto (della passata stagione), la pensiamo come i tifosi. Abbiamo un gruppo di dirigenti che hanno fame di vincere e vogliono fare la differenza. Abbiamo la nostra strategia e il nostro plan che stiamo seguendo. È tutto sotto controllo, una sconfitta non cambia nessun piano. il futuro è positivo. Ognuno fa questo lavoro per il Milan, nessuno ha un obiettivo personale. Non sono qui per parlare, andare davanti alle telecamere e parlare. Sono qui per dimostrare lavorando tutti i giorni. Anche con un po' di silenzio non vuol dire che non si lavori, anzi è il contrario. Non siamo un podcast o un liveshow"

Chi sarà l'allenatore della prossima stagione: "Prima di tutto grazie a Stefano Pioli. Quello che ha fatto nel Milan rimarrà nella Storia. Il nuovo allenatore del Milan sarà PAULO FONSECA. Abbiamo studiato bene, sappiamo cosa vogliamo e cosa cerchiamo. Con tanti pensieri abbiamo scelto Paulo Fonseca per portare la sua identità. Un calcio dominante e offensivo. Dopo cinque anni volevamo portare qualcosa di nuovo ai giocatori e a San Siro".

SPAZIO ORA ALLE DOMANDE DEI GIORNALISTI

Sul mercato e sulla trattativa Zirkzèe: "Se parliamo di squadra, se guardiamo un anno fa è stato fatto un grande mercato portando 12 giocatori e rifacendo le basi della squadra. Questo sarà un mercato di dettagli per migliorare la squadra. Zirkzèe per la mia idea di calcio è perfetto. Ha potenzialità e ha fatto una grande stagione"

Perchè oggi si parla di Fonseca e non di Lopetegui: "Sui giornali hanno detto di tutto. Io volevo un allenatore, Moncada un altro, Furlani un altro ancora. Noi abbiamo messo dei nomi sul tavolo, ne abbiamo discusso e parlato. Alla fine abbiamo scelto quello che ci piaceva di più come caratteristiche e idee. E Fonseca ha prevalso su Lopetegui".

Qual è il progetto Milan-Fonseca: "Parliamo tutti i giorni, dividendo idea e strategia. Lui ha i suoi desideri, e con dialogo e strategia vogliamo migliorare la squadra. Abbiamo un progetto di Under 23 che sarà molto importante dove vogliamo collegare Under 23 con prima squadra creando un gruppo di 45/50 atleti gestito direttamente da Fonseca. Quanti trofei giochiamo l'anno prossimo? 4? Allora l'obiettivo deve essere 4 trofei".

Sul perchè non sia stato scelto Conte: "Non ne abbiamo discusso perchè, con tutto il rispetto di lui che è un grande allenatore, non aveva le caratteristiche che cercavamo".

Sulla seconda stella dell'Inter: "Mi ha dato fame e voglia di fare di più. Personalmente non guardo altre squadre, come il Milan non deve guardarle. I perdenti guardano le altre squadre. Io sono un vincente, questa è stata benzina per fare di più".

Sulle possibili cessioni di Maignan, Theo e Leao: "No, restano tutti. Mike, Theo e Leao hanno un contratto e sono felici. Non abbiamo bisogno di vendere per portare qualcuno. Grazie al capolavoro degli ultimi due anni di RedBird abbiamo possibilità di portare giocatori senza cedere o cercare effetti domino".

Ibra on his "third life" at Milan: "I can start by saying that after six months I've already gotten gray hair.
