"Siamo qui per presentare Bondo e Sottil. in entrambi abbiamo cercato giocatori che giocavano in Italia, che capiscono il calcio italiano; anche se sono giovani, hanno grande esperienza del calcio italiano. In Bondo abbiamo cercato uno che copre spazio, che corre, che fa lavoro sporco, a cui non sempre si dà credito per chi fa questo tipo di lavoro, ma per la squadra è fondamentale. Poi può giocare anche col pallone: ha margine di miglioramento e può crescere".


PARLA SOTTIL

La tua passione per il Milan nasce da lontano...
"Prima cosa, volevo ringraziare la Fiorentina, il presidente Commissio, il direttore Pradé e Raffaele Palladino perché mi hanno permesso di prendere questo treno molto importante per me. Voglio ringraziare anche l'ad Furlani, Ibrahimovic e Moncada per aver creduto in me. Avevo un debole per Pato, Zlatan non lo cito neanche perché quando c'era lui, con Pato e Dinho, sono cresciuto con quel Milan. E' una passione che ho da quando sono bambino".

Quando hai saputo dell'interesse del Milan, come hai reagito?
"E' stata una giornata lunga. Ero al campo e mi ha chiamato il mio agente dopo allenamento e io non gli ho risposto subito. Poi Giuseppe Riso mi ha detto che c'era la chance di andare al Milan e io sono rimasto senza parole. Ho parlato con mio papà, che già lo sapeva dalla mattina e sul gong del calciomercato sono riuscito ad arrivare qui. Paura di non chiudere la trattativa? Ho avuto un po' di ansietta e ho aspettato a casa sul divano, ma grazie a Dio è andata come speravo".

Cosa ti aspetti da questa tua avventura al Milan? Perché hai scelto il 99?
"Quando sei al Milan, in un club così l'aspettativa è quella di vincere. Io sono qui per mettermi a disposizione di compagni e mister e voglio dimostrare di poter rimanere qua. Il 99 è il numero del mio anno di nascita".

Quanto ti stimola la concorrenza dei compagni di grande qualità e cosa ti ha colpito dell'arrivo al Milan?
"Quando arrivi, capisci la grandezza del club in tutti i suoi dettagli, dentro e fuori dal campo. Vieni in un club con giocatori fortissimi e quando arrivi qua ti metti in competizione e maturi e migliori sotto tutti gli aspetti. Con il mister ho parlato velocemente, mi ha chiesto come stessi fisicamente, ma io sono a disposizione sua e lui saprà quando e dove mettermi e sono pronto a giocare".

Hai parlato con Adli del Milan?
"Con Adli avevo parlato quando lui è arrivato al Milan. Due giorni fa mi ha scritto un messaggio "fammi sognare". Lo ringrazio perché è un ragazzo d'oro".

Qual è la tua posizione preferita in campo?
"Ho ricoperto più ruoli in attacco, prevalmentemente esterno destro e sinistro. Se ci sarà bisogno di giocare a destra, giocherò li così come se dovrò giocare a sinistra, giocherò lì. Non ci sono problemi".

Cosa puoi rubare da Leao?
"Rafa è un giocatore fortissimo, da uno così impari tantissimo. Ha un talento enorme e devi cercare di rubare con gli occhi i suoi movimenti, i suoi pezzi, il modo in cui si muove. Lui è un campione e ha fatto una stagione clamorosa quando il Milan ha vinto lo scudetto".



ORA PARLA BONDO

Quanto hai voluto il Milan?
"È una grande squadra. Quando mi hanno chiamato lunedì, io ero contento: aspettavo solo questo. Ci hanno giocato grandi giocatori: Nesta, che ho avuto come allenatore, Ronaldinho, Pato, Ibrahimovic, Seedorf, che a me piace tanto. Voglio ringraziare il Monza, Galliani era come un padre con me; quando il Milan mi ha chiamato, mi ha subito lasciato andare. Lo ringrazio".

Un gol in Serie A. Al Milan...
"Il solo gol che ho fatto al Monza è stato al Milan. Era nel mio destino. Ho detto alla mia famiglia che volevo solo il Milan, anche in caso di altre offerte. E ora sono qua".

Cosa ti aspetti al Milan?
"Vincere tutte le partite: campionato, Coppa Italia, Champions. Il nostro obiettivo è andare in Champions e vincere un trofeo".

Perché il numero 38?
"Ce lo avevo al Monza ed era libero".


Fofana ti ha parlato del Milan?
"Ci ho parlato, in francese è più facile. Vengo per aiutare la squadra. Vediamo come il mister mi farà giocare".

Cosa ti ha detto Galliani?
"Non avevo ancora chiamato dopo aver accettato l'offerta del Milan. Quindi, dopo aver firmato, l'ho chiamato per ringraziarlo tanto. Mi ha detto che non mi avrebbe lasciato andare per nessuna squadra, tranne per il Milan".

In che ruolo ti trovi meglio?
"Play o mezzala per me è facile, l'ho fatto a Monza sia a due che a tre. Sono pronto".

"We are here to introduce Bondo and Sottil. For both, we looked for players who were already playing in Italy, who understand Italian football. Even though they are young, they have great experience in Italian football. With Bondo, we wanted someone who covers space, runs, does the dirty work—something that often goes unnoticed but is fundamental for the team. Your passion for Milan started a long time ago…
"First of all, I want to thank Fiorentina, President Commisso, Director Pradé, and Raffaele Palladino for allowing me to take this very important opportunity for me. I also want to thank CEO Furlani, Ibrahimovic, and Moncada for believing in me. I had a soft spot for Pato—Zlatan I won’t even mention, because when he was there with Pato and Dinho, I grew up watching that Milan. It’s been a passion of mine since I was a child."

When you heard about Milan’s interest, how did you react?
"It was a long day. I was at the training ground when my agent called me after practice, but I didn’t answer immediately. Then Giuseppe Riso told me there was a chance to join Milan, and I was left speechless. I talked to my dad, who already knew from the morning, and in the final moments of the transfer window, I managed to get here. Was I afraid the deal wouldn’t go through? I was a bit anxious and waited at home on the couch, but thankfully, everything worked out as I had hoped."

What do you expect from this new adventure at Milan? Why did you choose the number 99?
"When you’re at Milan, in a club like this, the expectation is to win. I am here to give my all for my teammates and the coach, and I want to prove that I deserve to stay here. Number 99 is the year I was born."

How much does the competition with high-quality teammates motivate you, and what impressed you about joining Milan?
"When you arrive, you immediately understand the greatness of the club in every detail, on and off the field. You’re surrounded by incredible players, and that pushes you to compete, mature, and improve in every aspect. I had a quick chat with the coach; he asked about my physical condition. I am available to him, and he will decide when and where to play me. I am ready."

Did you talk to Adli about Milan?
"I spoke to Adli when he first arrived at Milan. Two days ago, he sent me a message: ‘Make me dream.’ I thank him—he’s a great guy."

What is your preferred position on the pitch?
"I’ve played in multiple attacking roles, mainly as a right and left winger. If I need to play on the right, I’ll play there; if on the left, I’ll play there too. No problem."

What would you like to learn from Leão?
"Rafa is an incredible player; from someone like him, you can learn so much. He has immense talent, and you have to watch closely to pick up his movements, his tricks, the way he moves. He’s a champion and had an outstanding season when Milan won the Scudetto."

BONDO SPEAKS

How much did you want to join Milan?
"It’s a great club. When they called me on Monday, I was thrilled—I had been waiting for this. So many great players have played here: Nesta, whom I had as a coach, Ronaldinho, Pato, Ibrahimovic, Seedorf—whom I really admire. I want to thank Monza; Galliani was like a father to me. When Milan called, he let me go immediately, and I am grateful for that."

Your only Serie A goal was against Milan…
"The only goal I scored with Monza was against Milan. It was destiny. I told my family that I only wanted Milan, even if there were other offers. And now I’m here."

What are your expectations at Milan?
"To win every match: Serie A, Coppa Italia, Champions League. Our goal is to qualify for the Champions League and win a trophy."

Why did you choose number 38?
"I had it at Monza, and it was available here too."

Did Fofana talk to you about Milan?
"Yes, we spoke—it’s easier in French. I’m here to help the team. Let’s see how the coach wants to use me."

What did Galliani say to you?
"I hadn’t called him yet after accepting Milan’s offer. So after signing, I called to thank him. He told me he wouldn’t have let me go to any club—except Milan."

Which position do you feel most comfortable in?
"Playing as a deep-lying playmaker or a mezzala is easy for me. I did both at Monza, whether in a two- or three-man midfield. I’m ready."
