Qui le parole del nuovo mister Sergio Conceiçao, direttamente dalla sua conferenza di presentazione:

Inizia Ibrahimovic "Benvenuti a tutti. Prima di iniziare voglio ringraziare Paulo Fonseca, per quello che ha fatto e per il lavoro che ha svolto. Grande rispetto per lui. Il motivo dell'esonero è stata la mancanza di Constanza di risultati. La decisione che abbiamo preso è arrivata dopo la partita. Abbiamo fatto un errore a mandarlo in conferenza stampa e chiediamo scusa a Paulo e ai tifosi. Siamo i primi a non essere soddisfatti, e non lo saremo finchè non raggiungeremo i nostri obiettivi".

Su Conceicao "Non c'è bisogno di presentazioni. Arriva perchè è un vincente e porta carattere. Ha già preso in mano squadre a stagioni in corso, e ieri ha subito voluto iniziare a lavorare con la squadra".

Ora parla il nuovo mister

"E' un piacere e un orgoglio. È un passo avanti nella mia carriera. I tifosi sono l'anima del club e senza di loro è difficile vincere e crescere. Dobbiamo rispettare i valori del club e dobbiamo lavorare tanto per dimostrare che siamo all'altezza del milan. Se sono qui oggi non è un buon segno, e la colpa non è stata solo di una persona ma di tante persone che compongono la squadra. Dobbiamo riflettere, anche se non c'è tanto tempo per la prima partita, ma non ci lamentiamo e non cerchiamo scuse. Siamo qui per vincere"

È un problema piu di testa o di gioco

"Quando le cose non vanno ci sono diversi problemi, non uno solo. Ci possono sono problemi fisici, mentali, di squadra. Ma non voglio entrare nei dettagli, anche nei confronti di un allenatore serio bravo e che ha espresso diverse belle partite al Milan".

Sul perchè abbia scelto il Milan

"Sto allenando una delle migliori squadre a livello storico, non potevo dire di no. La mia scelta è stata subito il Milan, anche se c'erano altri club interessati"

Sulla linea dura di Fonseca con alcuni giocatori, e su come si comporterà lui

"Dipende dalla situazione. Io non devo cambiare il modo di essere. Piu bastone o carota? Ho cinquant'anni, continuerò come ho fatto in questi 13 anni di carriera. È difficile, ma questa è la gestione del gruppo"

Sulle chances di andare in Champions League

"Faremo di tutto per arrivarci. C'è tanto lavoro da fare e in questo momento ci sono anche tanti giocatori indisponibili. Gli infortuni fanno parte del calcio. Dobbiamo guardare di lavorare con quelli disponibili"

Sul come vorrà lavorare a Milanello

“Mi piace sapere tutto sui calciatori, parlo tanto anche con lo staff, dai fisioterapisti ai dottori. Mi piace entrare dentro lo spogliatoio, parlerò con la dirigenza nei momenti opportuni, ma dobbiamo remare tutti quanti nella stessa direzione”

Sul mercato

"Mercato? Prima voglio conoscere bene la prima squadra e il Milan Futuro poi vedremo”

Ibrahimovic begins

"Welcome, everyone. Before we start, I want to thank Paulo Fonseca for what he has done and the work he has carried out. Great respect for him. The reason for his dismissal was the lack of consistency in results. The decision we made came after the last match. On Conceição:

The new coach speaks

Is the problem more mental or tactical?
"When things aren’t going well, there are multiple problems, not just one. There can be physical, mental, or team-related issues. But I don’t want to go into detail, out of respect for a serious and skilled coach who delivered several great performances with Milan."

On why he chose Milan:
"I’m coaching one of the best teams historically; I couldn’t say no. My choice was immediately Milan, even though there were other interested clubs."

On Fonseca’s strict approach with certain players and how he will act:
"It depends on the situation. I don’t need to change who I am. More stick or carrot? I’m fifty years old, and I’ll continue as I’ve done in my 13 years of coaching. It’s challenging, but that’s what managing a group is about."

On the chances of qualifying for the Champions League:
"We will do everything to get there. There’s a lot of work to be done, and at the moment, many players are unavailable. Injuries are part of football. We have to focus on working with those who are fit."

On how he plans to work at Milanello:
"I like to know everything about the players. I talk a lot with the staff, from physiotherapists to doctors. I like to be present in the locker room. I’ll speak with management when appropriate, but we all have to row in the same direction."

On the transfer market:
"The transfer market? First, I want to get to know the first team and Milan’s youth setup well, and then we’ll see."
