"Sono momenti bellissimi. Per il secondo tempo che abbiamo fatto abbiamo meritato la qualificazione alla finale. Nel primo tempo ho visto un Milan con tanti dubbi nei giocatori. Troppo lenti nella circolazione di palla, troppo timidi. Offensivamente non abbiamo fatto niente.

Nell'intervallo abbiamo cambiato e ci siamo parlati, ci siamo guardati negli occhi. Nell'intervallo mi sono arrabbiato un po' perchè non vedevo la squadra fare quello che avevamo preparato. I ragazzi hanno capito cosa dovevano fare per vincere la partita. Dovevano fare ciò che avevamo provato.

I gol sono stati veramente coraggiosi, però non abbiamo vinto niente. Abbiamo un giorno in meno di riposo, e dobbiamo preparare bene la finale.

I ragazzi sono un gruppo umile, ha qualità ma delle volte manca un po' di cattiveria per arrivare a qualcosa di più. Con il tempo faremo anche quello. Io non sono un allenatore che ama abbracciare e dare baci, non sorrido tanto e sono più antipatico. Ma un gruppo ha anche bisogno di questo, e il gruppo lo ha accettato. Sono molto felice di questo. Io sono qui per vincere.
