JASHARI: "IL MIO SOGNO È DIVENTATO REALTÀ. DARÒ TUTTO"

Ardon Jashari è ufficialmente un nuovo calciatore del Milan. Il centrocampista svizzero ha rilasciato la sua prima intervista ai canali ufficiali del club. Queste le sue parole: “È fantastico essere qua dopo le ultime settimane… Finalmente sono arrivato e sono veramente orgoglioso di far parte di questo club storico. Voglio riportare questo Club e questa squadra lì dove merita di essere: vincere titoli, vincere partite. Darò tutto”.

Hai ribadito fin da subito la tua volontà di vestire solo il rossonero, nonostante le numerose proposte ricevute. Perché questa scelta?
“Quando ho visto che il Milan era interessato mi sono sentito orgoglioso, ma è stato il progetto che hanno prospettato a me e alla mia famiglia. Quindi quando ho deciso che sarei voluto venire al Milan ho dato la mia parola: è sempre stato un sogno fin da bambino. Nella mia famiglia e nella cerchia dei miei amici si è sempre parlato di Milan… Il sogno è diventato realtà”.

Come descriveresti il tuo stile di gioco e i tuoi punti di forza?
“Fisicamente posso avere un impatto importante. Posso dare una mano in entrambe le fasi, così come posso fornire l’assist decisivo nelle zone calde. Penso che questi siano i miei punti di forza con cui posso aiutare la squadra”.

Hai qualche riferimento tra i grandi del passato del Milan?
“Di sicuro Roberto Baggio e Andrea Pirlo. Mi piaceva come giocavano, tecnicamente erano veramente forti. Il loro ultimo passaggio, com’erano creativi… Sono cose che cerco di portare anche nel mio modo di giocare. Quindi ti dico questi due”.

Condividerai il centrocampo con Luka Modric...
“Una sensazione fantastica. Iniziare la mia avventura qui con un giocatore incredibile che ha vinto così tanto può solo aiutarmi. Voglio imparare tanto da lui, ascoltarlo, guardare com’è in campo ma anche fuori dal campo”.

Che emozione ti dà la maglia rossonera?
“Se devo essere sincero è veramente difficile descriverlo a parole. È una sensazione fantastica, è incredibile che io possa far parte di questo club. Cosa posso dire? Che voglio fare la mia parte per riportare il Club dove dovrebbe essere: darò tutto per questi colori per riportarlo in alto”.

Hai scelto il numero 30. C’è un motivo?
“Ho iniziato con il numero 30 in Svizzera, nel mio club giovanile dove sono diventato professionista. Amo Messi, quindi l’ho preso perché anche lui ha iniziato con questo numero. Mi ha portato fortuna in Svizzera ed in Belgio, quindi l’ho voluto tenere. Spero di renderlo un numero storico”.

“Ciao tifosi rossoneri, andiamo a vincere!”

Ardon Jashari is officially a new AC Milan player! The Swiss midfielder gave his first interview to the club’s official channels. Here are his statements: “It’s fantastic to be here after the past few weeks... I’ve finally arrived and I’m truly proud to be part of this historic club. I want to bring this Club and this team back where they belong: winning titles, winning matches. I’ll give everything.”

You made it clear from the start: you only wanted Milan despite interest from many other clubs. Why this decision?
“When I saw that Milan was interested, I felt proud, but it was the project they presented to me and my family that convinced me. So when I decided I wanted to come to Milan, I gave my word: it has always been a dream since I was a child. In my family and among my friends, we’ve always talked about Milan... The dream has come true.”

What kind of player are you? What are your main strengths?
“Physically, I can have a strong impact. I can help in both phases, and I’m capable of providing the decisive assist in key areas. I think those are my main qualities that can help the team.”

Is there a former Milan player who inspired you?
“Definitely Roberto Baggio and Andrea Pirlo. I loved how they played — technically they were very strong. Their final passes, their creativity... Those are things I try to incorporate into my own style of play. So I’d say those two.”

You’ll be playing alongside Luka Modric...
“An amazing feeling. Starting my journey here with an incredible player who has won so much can only help me. I want to learn a lot from him, listen to him, observe him both on and off the pitch.”

What do you feel when you see your new Milan jersey?
“To be honest, it’s really hard to put into words. It’s a fantastic feeling, it’s incredible that I can be part of this club. What can I say? I want to do my part to bring the Club back to where it belongs. I’ll give everything for these colors to take it back to the top.”

Why did you choose the number 30?
“I started with the number 30 in Switzerland, in my youth club where I turned professional. I love Messi, so I chose it because he also started with that number. It brought me luck in Switzerland and Belgium, so I wanted to keep it. I hope to make it a historic number.”
