IL MILAN CERCA UN VICE GIMENEZ. PIACCIONO LUCCA E KRSTOVIC

Il Milan del futuro ripartirà in attacco con Santiago Gimenez, il centravanti per il quale la dirigenza di via Aldo Rossi ha investito circa 35 milioni di euro lo scorso gennaio per prelevarlo dal Feyenoord. Attualmente, in rosa figurano anche Luka Jovic e Tammy Abraham come alternative al messicano, ma entrambi sembrano destinati a lasciare i rossoneri a fine stagione.

Il contratto di Jovic scadrà il 30 giugno e non verrà rinnovato, segnando la fine della sua avventura in rossonero. Abraham, invece, è in prestito dalla Roma e difficilmente il Milan opterà per l’acquisto a titolo definitivo, soprattutto se i giallorossi continueranno a chiedere una cifra tra i 20 e i 25 milioni di euro. A pesare ulteriormente sulla sua conferma è il suo ingaggio elevato, pari a 5 milioni di euro a stagione.

Nel corso dell’anno ha trovato spazio anche Francesco Camarda, aggregato più volte alla prima squadra. Tuttavia, dopo una stagione gestita con qualche difficoltà, il giovane talento potrebbe partire in prestito per giocare con maggiore continuità e crescere ulteriormente. Il Monza potrebbe essere una possibile destinazione.

Con questi probabili addii, la dirigenza rossonera è già alla ricerca di un nuovo attaccante da affiancare a Gimenez, titolare designato per la prossima stagione. Secondo Tuttosport, due profili sono nel mirino del Milan: Lorenzo Lucca dell’Udinese e Nikola Krstovic del Lecce, entrambi già sondati a gennaio.

Lucca è seguito anche da club come Napoli e Nottingham Forest, ma la presenza di Zlatan Ibrahimovic potrebbe spingerlo a scegliere il Milan. Krstovic, invece, piace da tempo e il suo valore è aumentato ulteriormente dopo la doppietta realizzata poche settimane fa contro la squadra di Conceição.

La decisione finale su chi sarà il vice-Gimenez spetterà al nuovo direttore sportivo, che avrà il compito di individuare il profilo più adatto alle esigenze rossonere.

Lucca has attracted interest from clubs like Napoli and Nottingham Forest, but Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s influence could persuade him to choose Milan. Krstovic, on the other hand, has been a long-time target, and his stock has risen further after scoring a brace against Conceição’s team a few weeks ago.

The final decision on who will be Gimenez’s backup will rest with the new sporting director, who will have the task of identifying the best fit for Milan’s needs.
