GORDON SINGER (ELLIOTT) È DA STAMANI CON IL GRUPPO SQUADRA. ASSENTE CARDINALE

Per la finale di Coppa Italia tra Milan e Bologna, in programma questa sera alle ore 21 allo stadio Olimpico di Roma, mancherà un volto importante: l’unico grande assente ai vertici rossoneri sarà Gerry Cardinale, proprietario del club.

A rappresentare la società, tuttavia, saranno presenti tutti gli altri protagonisti della dirigenza: Zlatan Ibrahimović e Geoffrey Moncada sono giunti nella Capitale già lunedì insieme alla squadra, seguiti a breve distanza da Giorgio Furlani. Presente anche Paolo Scaroni, che ha partecipato sia all’incontro istituzionale con il Presidente della Repubblica Sergio Mattarella, sia all’assemblea di Lega presso il CONI.

Anche se Cardinale non sarà sugli spalti, ci sarà comunque una presenza simbolica legata al recente passato del club: Gordon Singer, figlio di Paul Singer, fondatore del Fondo Elliott (che nel 2022 ha ceduto il Milan a RedBird), ha raggiunto questa mattina il ritiro rossonero e sarà presente questa sera allo stadio.

Secondo quanto riportato da Peppe Di Stefano su Sky Sport 24, Singer ha avuto un colloquio con l’amministratore delegato Furlani. È importante ricordare che Gordon Singer è ancora membro del Consiglio d’Amministrazione del club, così come Dominic Mitchell, altro rappresentante dell’ex proprietà Elliott.

Una presenza significativa in una serata che mette in palio il secondo trofeo stagionale per il Diavolo.

For tonight’s Coppa Italia final between Milan and Bologna, kicking off at 9 p.m. at Rome’s Stadio Olimpico, one major figure will be missing from the Rossoneri hierarchy: Gerry Cardinale, the club’s owner, will not be in attendance.

Still, the rest of the management team will be present: Zlatan Ibrahimović and Geoffrey Moncada arrived with the squad on Monday, followed later by Giorgio Furlani. Also on site is Paolo Scaroni, who took part in both the meeting with President Sergio Mattarella and today's league assembly at CONI.

Though Cardinale is absent, Gordon Singer, son of Paul Singer, founder of Elliott Management — which sold the Milan club to RedBird in 2022 — will be attending. According to Peppe Di Stefano of Sky Sport 24, Singer visited the team’s training camp this morning and will be at the stadium tonight.

He also reportedly spoke with Furlani, the club’s CEO. Notably, Gordon Singer remains on Milan's Board of Directors, alongside another Elliott figure, Dominic Mitchell. A symbolic presence on a night where the Rossoneri hope to lift their second trophy of the season.
