Il Milan guidato da Sergio Conceicao espugna anche Marassi, centrando per la prima volta, da quando il tecnico portoghese è alla guida del Diavolo, tre vittorie di fila.

Determinanti tra i rossoneri Mike Maignan, protagonista nel primo tempo di un intervento prodigioso su un retropassaggio avventato di Pulisic, e i subentrati Santi Gimenez e Rafa Leao.

Al 76', infatti, è il portoghese a firmare, su assist del messicano, il gol del pareggio, dopo che i padroni di casa erano passati in vantaggio cinque minuti prima grazie un gran gol al volo di Vitinha. Leao risultato decisivo anche nel cross che, appena un minuto dopo dalla rete dell'1-1, ha provocato l’autogol di Frendrup.

Momenti di apprensione a metà del primo tempo per Fofana, uscito precauzionalmente per un colpo al piede.

Ora l’attenzione si sposta sulla doppia sfida contro il Bologna: la prima, valida per il campionato, è fissata per venerdì, mentre la finale di Coppa si giocherà mercoledì prossimo a Roma.
