FURLANI: "SENSAZIONI BUONE MA FINCHÈ NON SI VINCONO LE PARTITE POCO CONTA"

Nella serata di ieri, il Milan ha celebrato la sua collaborazione con BMW, partnership ormai consolidata da diversi anni. All’evento promozionale organizzato a Milano erano presenti anche i tre protagonisti più discussi dell’ambiente rossonero in questo periodo: l’amministratore delegato Giorgio Furlani, il direttore sportivo Igli Tare e naturalmente l’allenatore Massimiliano Allegri. Durante la serata, tutti e tre hanno preso la parola soffermandosi su impressioni, traguardi e ambizioni del club per la stagione che sta per cominciare.

Di seguito le dichiarazioni di Furlani sulle aspettative per un’annata particolarmente significativa: “Non l'ho nascosto ed è inutile nasconderlo: la stagione passata non è andata come volevamo. Ripartiamo da questa stagione con l'obiettivo che abbiamo tutti gli anni, cioè essere competitivi per vincere le competizioni in cui ci troviamo. Abbiamo fatto con Tare e Allegri degli innesti molto importanti per la nostra struttura, con cui stiamo lavorando in maniera cooperativa e per fare in modo che questa sia una stagione di successo. Le prime sensazioni sono buone ma finché non si inizia a giocare e non si vincono le partite, poco conta”

Che cosa hanno apportato Tare e Allegri? “Sicuramente sono dei professionisti con vasta esperienza, riconosciuti per essere al top nelle loro professioni: lo dice la loro storia e la loro carriera che parla di trofei che, lo ripeto, sono la nostra ambizione. Stiamo lavorando bene assieme: bisogna poi che quando c'è il fischio finale il 23 agosto, per la prima di campionato, sia andata in un certo modo”

Yesterday evening, AC Milan celebrated its partnership with BMW, a collaboration that has now lasted for several years. At the commercial event held in Milan, the three most talked-about figures in the Rossoneri environment at the moment were also present: CEO Giorgio Furlani, sporting director Igli Tare, and of course coach Massimiliano Allegri. Throughout the evening, all three had the chance to speak and share their thoughts, goals, and ambitions for the upcoming season.

Here are Furlani’s *words about the expectations for a very important year: “I haven't hidden it and there's no point in hiding it: last season did not go as we wanted. We start again this season with the same goal we have every year, which is to be competitive to win the competitions we are in. Together with Tare and Allegri we have added some very important pieces to our structure, and we are working cooperatively to make this a successful season. The first impressions are good but until the games start and we win matches, it means little.”

What have Tare and Allegri *brought to the club? “They are certainly professionals with vast experience, recognized for being among the best in their fields: their history and career speak for themselves, full of trophies which, I repeat, are our ambition. We are working well together: then, when the final whistle blows on August 23rd for the first league match, we’ll see if it went the right way.”
