Sono durissime le parole di Fonseca ai microfoni di Sky Sport, apparso molto deluso per l'atteggiamento della sua squadra:

"Sono una persona che non è soddisfatta solo col risultato. Ovviamente la cosa più importante è che abbiamo vinto e che siamo in una buona posizione ma sono così, ci sono cose difficili da cambiare. E a volte sono stanco di lottare con queste cose. Non sono soddisfatto della prestazione della squadra".

Sul cosa dirà alla squadra?
"Non voglio parlare molto, voglio analizzare ma ci sono cose per me che sono chiare".

È un problema tecnico o tattico?
"Non è una questione tattica o tecnica. Arriviamo a questa partita decisiva per noi, con questa sensazione".

Sulla mancanza di continuità
"Il problema è che la nostra squadra è una montagna russa. Oggi stiamo bene, domani non lo so. È come tirare la moneta e aspettare quel che succede. È impressionante".

Sulle misure da prendere
"Io so che lavoro tutti i giorni per preparare la squadra, per fare bene. Non so se nella squadra tutti possono dire questo. Avevamo l'obbligo di arrivare oggi e fare di tutto per vincere la partita. E non l'abbiamo fatto".

Pensa di prendere qualche decisione nel caso il suo messaggio non verrà recepito dalla squadra?
"Io devo parlare con la squadra di quel che è successo in campo. Loro devono anche capire che questo non può succedere".
