Florenzi a Sky Sport 24: “Mi fido del Milan, dobbiamo dare tutto"

Alessandro Florenzi, difensore del Milan, è tornato in campo dopo un lungo infortunio che lo ha tenuto fuori per tutta la stagione. Intervistato da Sky Sport 24, ha parlato del momento della squadra e dei prossimi impegni.

Sulla squadra e i compagni

“Mi fido sempre del Milan. Conosco i miei compagni e li reputo molto forti. Dobbiamo tapparci le orecchie: è normale che parlino di noi, visto che non stiamo andando bene. Sono stati zitti per quattro anni, ora che siamo noni parlano tutti male. Non è una novità per me, magari per qualcuno sì.”

Sugli obiettivi di fine stagione

“Dobbiamo dare tutto e uscire dal campo senza rimpianti. Il derby è lontano, ora pensiamo al Napoli. Per vincere servono diversi fattori: il gruppo è fondamentale, poi viene la qualità. Nell’anno dello Scudetto, secondo me, ce n’era di meno. Siamo tanti e forti, chiunque giochi fa la sua parte. Forse ci è mancata un po’ di esperienza.”

Sulla sfida contro il Napoli

“È una partita che può darti tanto o toglierti tanto. Il Napoli sta facendo grandi cose e si gioca lo Scudetto. Sembra strano dirlo, ma vorrei vedere dal Milan continuità di prestazione, come nelle ultime due gare. Il risultato può essere qualsiasi, ma l’importante è vedere una squadra vera in campo.”

“Abbiamo un allenatore formidabile e giocatori fortissimi. A me Barella fa impazzire, è incredibile come calciatore, ma come persona è ancora meglio.”

AC Milan defender Alessandro Florenzi has returned to action after a long injury that kept him out for the entire season. In an interview with Sky Sport 24, he spoke about the team’s current situation and upcoming matches.

On the team and his teammates

“I always trust Milan. I know my teammates, and I think they are very strong. We need to shut out the noise—it’s normal that people talk about us since we’re not doing well. They stayed quiet for four years, and now that we’re ninth, everyone is criticizing us. It’s nothing new to me, maybe to some it is.”

On the goals for the rest of the season

“We have to give everything and leave the pitch without regrets. The derby is still far away; right now, we need to focus on Napoli. To win, you need different factors: the group is key, then comes quality. In the Scudetto-winning season, I think there was even less quality. We have a deep and strong squad—whoever plays makes an impact. Maybe what we’ve been missing is experience.”

On the match against Napoli

“It’s a game that can give you a lot or take a lot away. Napoli is doing great things and fighting for the title. It sounds strange to say, but what I want from Milan is consistency in performances, just like in the last two matches. The result could be a win, a draw, or a loss, but what matters is seeing a real team on the pitch.”

On the national team

“We have an outstanding coach and some really strong players. I’m crazy about Barella—he’s an incredible footballer, but as a person, he’s even better.”
