Sergio Conceicao, allenatore del Milan ha parlato in conferenza stampa dopo la sfida contro la Juventus:

Come si risolve l'aspetto psicologico?
"Il primo passo per vincere la partita è volerla vincere. Abbiamo fatto un primo tempo abbastanza buona con delle occasioni per essere in vantaggio. La Juve è arrivata solo una volta davanti a Mike e noi 3 volte. Nel secondo tempo è venuto fuori il Milan che voi già conoscete. Io sono il colpevole e mi prendo le responsabilità, ma qualcuno deve farsi un'esame di coscienza".

È preoccupato di questo aspetto psicologico?
"Si sono preoccupato. È vero. Sto pensando a cosa fare per cambiare anche l'ambiente nello spogliatoio e intorno alla squadra. Dobbiamo fare di più, perché abbiamo campionato, Champions e Coppa Italia. Devono guardarsi allo specchio e decidere cosa fare, perchè se non hanno bisogno dello spogliatoio".

Sul mercato?
"Stiamo parlando con la società. Se avete visto i cambi della Juve sono diversi rispetto ai nostri ragazzi. Sono anche entrati bene, ma non voglio trovare delle scuse. Non manca la benzina, perchè siamo a gennaio e dobbiamo giocare. Io non trovo scuse sul mercato. Ovviamente vorrei qualcosa in più e ne stiamo parlando a gennaio".

How do you address the psychological aspect?
"The first step to winning a match is wanting to win it. We played a fairly good first half with chances to take the lead. Juve only came forward once in front of Mike, while we did so three times. In the second half, the Milan you already know emerged. I’m the one to blame, and I take full responsibility, but some people need to do some soul-searching."

Are you concerned about this psychological aspect?
"Yes, I’m concerned. It’s true. I’m thinking about what I can do to change the atmosphere in the locker room and around the team. We need to do more because we’re competing in the league, Champions League, and Coppa Italia. They need to look in the mirror and decide what to do, because if they don’t, they don’t need the locker room."

On the transfer market?"
We’re talking with the club. If you look at Juve’s substitutes, they’re different from our players. Our guys did well when they came on, but I don’t want to make excuses. It’s not about lacking energy, because it’s January and we need to play. I’m not using the transfer market as an excuse. Obviously, I’d like a bit more, and we’re discussing it in January."
