Queste le parole di Conceiçao nella conferenza stampa post Milan Feyenoord 1-1.

"Sono arrivato un mese e mezzo fa, ma mi fanno paragoni con allenatori che erano qui da anni. In questo mese e mezzo non si è lavorato con i titolari, si lavora in pochi con chi fa cose diverse. Abbiamo vinto l'unico trofeo che potevamo vincere, siamo in semifinale di Coppa Italia e in campionato, da quando sono arrivato io, abbiamo fatto 14 punti e il Napoli 15. Non è tutto perfetto, c'è tanto da lavorare. Ma bisogna ricordarsi di questo. L'atmosfera qui al Milan non è la migliore e l'espulsione lo dimostra: dobbiamo lavorare su questo a livello mentale sui giocatori. Credetemi, non è facile, non è facile".

"I arrived a month and a half ago, but people compare me to coaches who have been here for years. In this month and a half, we haven't been able to work with the starters; we work with few players, and everyone does different things. We won the only trophy we could win, we're in the Coppa Italia semifinals, and in the league, since I arrived, we've earned 14 points while Napoli has earned 15.
