Il simpatico siparietto andato in scena nel post partita di Venezia-Milan non è certo passato inosservato, soprattutto agli occhi e alle orecchie dei più attenti. Parlando del suo futuro nella prossima stagione, Sergio Conceição ha risposto così: "In questo momento Conceição non è importante. Pensiamo al campionato, cercando di vincere contro il Bologna, poi quello che succede a me, ad Allegri, o ad altri, non mi riguarda. Perché proprio Allegri? Perché lei parla sempre di lui."

Con queste parole, Sergio Conceição ha lasciato un alone di incertezza su ciò che potrebbe accadere dopo una stagione vissuta sulle montagne russe. Come lui stesso ha sottolineato, però, la priorità ora è concentrarsi sulla finale di Coppa Italia contro il Bologna, partita che potrebbe regalare al Milan il secondo trofeo stagionale.

Se questo scenario dovesse realizzarsi, con l'eventuale addio del tecnico portoghese, Conceição potrebbe salutare il Milan con due trofei conquistati in una sola annata, un'impresa che non si vedeva dai tempi di Ancelotti. Sarebbe qualcosa di clamoroso, quasi paradossale, ma se così dovesse andare l'ex tecnico del Porto racconterà il suo punto di vista: "Ora non è importante il mio futuro, ma quello del Milan. Lavoro tante ore al giorno con il mio staff. Poi ci sta anche perdere partite come è successo nei mesi scorsi. Fra un mese più o meno anch’io dirò cosa voglio. Ci può stare che anch’io ho altri pensieri, come andare in vacanza in Algarve in Portogallo per dieci anni, non lo so (sorride, nda)."

I work many hours a day with my staff. Then, it can happen to lose matches, as it did in past months. In about a month, I will also say what I want. It's possible that I too have other thoughts, like going on a ten-year vacation in Algarve, Portugal, I don't know (he smiles, ed.)."
