COMUNICATO CURVA SUD MILANO:

“Siamo solo ai primi di marzo e la nostra stagione è già ai titoli di coda, o quasi. Restano solo due derby di Coppa Italia per farvi riconquistare un briciolo di dignità o per certificare definitivamente il vostro totale fallimento.

La scorsa estate avete proseguito la catena di errori commessi in quella precedente, esaltando scelte che erano palesemente inadeguate (e vi era stato fatto presente più volte), ignorando le esigenze di una piazza che aveva bisogno di tutt’altro.

Alla fine di gennaio avete cercato di porre rimedio ai vostri sbagli, spendendo tutto quello che potevate e che dovevate spendere a luglio, rinnegando così quasi tutte le scelte estive. Tuttavia, l’assenza di qualsiasi tipo di programmazione e l’aria irrespirabile che avete creato attorno al Milan hanno castrato sul nascere qualsiasi tipo di reazione di un ambiente ormai allo sbando.

Sono evidenti e ingiustificabili le colpe di una proprietà totalmente invisibile (Cardinale non è pervenuto a Milano da settembre), che ha scelto di eliminare una figura chiave come quella del direttore sportivo, fondamentale per costruire una squadra all’altezza e garantire una presenza costante e costruttiva a Milanello. Al contrario, avete affidato l’immagine del Milan a collaboratori che si sono contraddistinti unicamente per travestimenti o interviste che vanno oltre il ridicolo.

Tutto ciò, però, non può essere una giustificazione per gli altri attori protagonisti di questo scempio:

• L’allenatore, che rispetto al precedente non ha cambiato di una virgola l’atteggiamento della squadra in campo, accentuando addirittura le divisioni interne, con i risultati e il non-gioco che tutti conosciamo.

• I giocatori, sempre sostenuti in maniera incessante fino a giovedì, sono stati protagonisti di partite indecenti come quelle di Zagabria, Rotterdam, Bologna e molte altre, raddrizzate solo nel finale grazie a episodi. Altrimenti, oggi parleremmo di un bilancio ancora più pesante. Molti di loro, per prestazioni e atteggiamenti, hanno dimostrato di non essere degni di indossare la nostra maglia, nel silenzio più assoluto di una dirigenza compiacente e colpevolmente assente.

Domenica inizieremo a lasciarvi da soli, entrando sugli spalti solo al 15° minuto, augurandoci che il resto dello stadio faccia altrettanto.

Se non vedremo cambiamenti significativi nelle prestazioni e, soprattutto, nell’atteggiamento, arriveremo ad abbandonarvi totalmente, lasciandovi soli con la vostra vergogna.

A fine anno sarà poi necessario un profondo reset societario: il modello americano proposto fino a oggi ha fallito sotto ogni punto di vista. Servono scelte forti, decisioni importanti, cambiamenti strutturali e una nuova linea di comando composta da uomini di calcio. Solo così si potrà rifondare con serietà la società più gloriosa d’Italia, riportando i tifosi a respirare quel milanismo che avete annientato in questi anni.”

We’re only at the beginning of March, and our season is already at its final curtain, or almost. Only two Coppa Italia derbies remain for you to regain a shred of dignity or to definitively certify your total failure.

Last summer, you continued the chain of mistakes made the previous year, praising decisions that were clearly inadequate (and this was pointed out to you multiple times), ignoring the needs of a fanbase that required something entirely different.

At the end of January, you tried to fix your mistakes by spending everything you could—and should have spent in July—thus disowning almost all of your summer choices. However, the absence of any form of planning and the toxic atmosphere you have created around Milan have suffocated any attempt at a reaction in an environment now in complete disarray.

The blame lies clearly and unjustifiably with an entirely invisible ownership (Cardinale has not been seen in Milan since September), which decided to remove a key figure like the sporting director, fundamental for building a competitive team and ensuring a constant and constructive presence at Milanello. Instead, you have entrusted Milan’s image to collaborators who have distinguished themselves solely through ridiculous disguises or interviews beyond absurdity.

However, this cannot serve as an excuse for the other main actors in this disaster:

• The coach, who, compared to the previous one, has not changed the team’s approach on the pitch one bit, further deepening internal divisions, with the results and lack of play that we all know.

• The players, who have been relentlessly supported until Thursday, have put on disgraceful performances like those in Zagreb, Rotterdam, Bologna, and many others—matches salvaged only at the very end due to random episodes. Otherwise, we would be discussing an even worse record. Many of them, both in performance and attitude, have shown they are unworthy of wearing our jersey, all while the management remains complacently and culpably silent.

On Sunday, we will start leaving you alone, entering the stands only at the 15th minute, hoping the rest of the stadium does the same.

If we do not see significant changes in performances and, above all, in attitude, we will abandon you completely, leaving you alone with your shame.

At the end of the season, a deep structural reset will be necessary: the American model proposed so far has failed in every possible way. Strong choices, important decisions, structural changes, and a new leadership composed of true football professionals are needed. Only in this way can the most glorious club in Italy be rebuilt with seriousness, bringing the fans back to experiencing the Milan identity that you have annihilated over the years.
