CARDINALE RILANCIA E SI TIENE IL MILAN

Secondo la Gazzetta dello Sport, Cardinale potrebbe rifinanziare il debito con il fondo Elliott di quasi 700 mln € rinviando di fatto la sua scadenza ad Agosto 2028 anziché Agosto 2025.

Gerry Cardinale ha intenzione di tenersi il Milan e di non lasciare la guida del club. L'americano sta infatti lavorando per rifinanziare il debito contratto con Elliott al momento dell’acquisto della società. La trattativa tra il numero uno di RedBird e il fondo di proprietà della famiglia Singer è iniziata da mesi in netto anticipo rispetto alla scadenza fissata nell’agosto 2025.

Cardinale è convinto che il Milan carburerà presto e che otterrà i risultati sperati anche sul campo. Dopo i successi ottenuti in tanti settori infatti il presidente di RedBird ci tiene particolarmente a far bene anche nel calcio. A dimostrazione di ciò, l'investimento per un centinaio di milioni complessivi spesi nel mercato delle ultime due stagioni.

Gerry è pronto ad andare avanti per questa strada, ovviamente a patto che il debito venga rifinanziato e che il suo “regno” possa continuare.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Gerry Cardinale could refinance the nearly €700 million debt with the Elliott fund by 2028 instead of August 2025.

Cardinale intends to hold on to AC Milan, remain at the helm of the club, and is working to refinance the debt contracted with Elliott at the time of the club’s purchase.
