ACCORDO REDBIRD ELLIOTT: PAGATI 179 MILIONI. DEBITO RIDOTTO A 489.

Importantissimo comunicato riguardo il debito contratto da Gerry Cardinale e Redbird nei confronti di Elliott per l'acquisto del Milan. La scadenza per il rimborso, prevista per agosto 2025, è stata infatti prorogata a luglio 2028. Redbird ha nel mentre pagato 170milioni, riducendo così il suo debito a 489 milioni.

"AC Milan comunica che è stato completato un rifinanziamento del Vendor Loan. Il rifinanziamento con Elliott, nella sua posizione esclusivamente di finanziatore, comprende un ulteriore investimento di €170M da parte della proprietà di AC Milan, RedBird Capital che riduce la quota capitale del prestito a €489M, con scadenza ora fissata a Luglio 2028"

Important Announcement Regarding the Debt Incurred by Gerry Cardinale and RedBird to Elliott for the Acquisition of AC Milan

The repayment deadline, originally set for August 2025, has been extended to July 2028. In the meantime, RedBird has paid €170 million, thereby reducing its debt to €489 million.

"AC Milan announces the completion of a refinancing of the Vendor Loan. The refinancing with Elliott, acting solely as a lender, includes an additional investment of €170 million by AC Milan’s ownership, RedBird Capital, which reduces the principal loan amount to €489 million, with the new maturity date now set for July 2028."
